中国地衣型真菌石黄衣属的初步研究

【摘要】 本文对323份石黄衣属物种标本及其部分共生菌种进行了形态学、解剖学、化学及地理学等综合研究。确定了中国石黄衣属6种:丽石黄衣(Xanthoria elegans),粉芽石黄衣(X.sorediata),刺盘石黄衣(X.alfredi),中国石黄衣(X.mandschurica),拟石黄衣(X.fallax),及新种贵州石黄衣(X.guizhouensis)。提供了分种检索表。 论文对石黄衣属中国物种的形态学、解剖学、化学和地理学进行了详细描述;此外,在石黄衣属菌、藻分离培养方面做了大量研究;通过薄层层析技术对地衣体及其共生菌化学进行了较多的分析研究。研究结果发现,共生菌化学较地衣体化学具有更丰富的多样性,因而,具有更加重要的分类学意义。通过高压液相色谱(HPLC)方法首次对石黄衣属次生代谢产物进行了检测,并提出了按化学含量将物种分成两个类群的尝试。为中国石黄衣属的种质资源提供了储备。 通过表型相似性分析法,比较和讨论了中国石黄衣属地衣的分类方案,结果为石黄衣属的独立存在提供了支持。

【Abstract】 The studies of lichenized fungus genus Xanthoria in China, based on 323specimens, were performed. The following five species are recognized in the presentthesis: Xanthoria alfredi, X. elegans, X. fallax, X. mandschurica, X. sorediata, and anew species X. guizhouensis. A key to the species from China and illustrations of themare also given.The descriptions of morphology, anatomy, chemistry, ecology, and geographical distribution of these species are done in the thesis.The isolation of mycobionts and phycobionts of some species from Xanthoria was performed. The analysis of the chemistry of lichen thalli and that of the corresponding mycobionts were carried out by method of TLC. The results showed that the chemical diversity of isolated mycobionts is richer than that of corresponding lichen thalli. So, the chemical diversity of isolated mycobionts seems to have more taxonomic value than that of the corresponding lichen thalli.In addition, the HPLC analysis of the chemistry of some species from Xanthoria was performed for the first time.
