日达公司承运商选择评价指标体系研究

【摘要】 运输外包是我国近阶段物流外包业务的主流，对于企业来说，承运商业务水平的高低直接关系到运输外包的成败。假如运输外包失败，企业不但不能保持原有的竞争优势，而且影响正常的生产经营活动，甚至可能被拖入泥潭中，因此必须重视对承运商的选择和评价。论文结合企业实际情况，从质量指标、经济指标、服务指标、人员和设备指标等几方面进行研究分析，运用市场调查、加权平均、质量控制、绩效考核等知识建立选择和评价体系，并通过承运商的选择、考评以及相互之间关系模式分析，阐述实施过程中的工作质量控制。旨在通过研究，建立一种方便适用、高效快捷、系统科学的测试工具，通过制度和制度的实施，减少人为因素，尽可能规避因业务外包而带来的风险，实施有效管理，使承运商服务水平持续改进，达到企业要求，实现外包的目的。 随着外包深度和广度的不断扩大，通过将承运商选择和评价理念和经验的推广，保持原来指标体系科学的理论框架，结合实际工作需要，改变具体的考核指标和相应的权重，逐渐向选择其他服务供应商、零件供应商等相关业务或部门推广，实现业务外包的有效管理。如果将来出现类似的决策情形，那么就可以形成一个例行程式，消除了重复决策所带来的无效率。而且随着与承运商关系的发展，将减少与其交易的承运商的数量并开始发展核心承运商，这种选择和评价指标体系将变得更重要。 虽然运输业务外包，但并不能对其放任不管。企业应形成对承运商管理的意识，通过承运商选择和考核指标体系等工具的运用，提高管理效率和管理水平，加强与承运商关系的管理，实现外包工作的有效运行。通过指标体系中预警分析等措施进行必要的风险管理，使企业管理者能够较快捷地知道企业和承运商之间的关系状态，以便及时调整相互之间的关系，保持企业生产经营活动的正常运转，规避相应的风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 In China, transportation out-souring is the main stream of logistics out-souring. The capability of the undertakers is very important for the company. If the undertaker is not capable, the company may lose a lot, even fall in trouble. So, we should make up an index system for the company to select and assess the right undertakers. The essay tries to build such a system with quality, economic, service and staff on the basic of market-investigation, weighted average, quality control, operational research.The usage of the system can be widened to other areas, such as services suppliers and component suppliers with changing several indices. The company should make the system as a routine in selecting all undertakers, because it can make the process more efficient and more scientific. With the use of the system, the company can supervise the whole process of the undertaker and then control the quality effectively. If some undertakers reach the requirement of the company, they can be treated as partners to cooperate frequently. Stable business relationship can improve the management level of each other and cooperate more perfectly.As a character, the assay is added in pre-alarm and risk minimizing. The managers can acquaint with the situation of the company and suppliers to assure the company is running orderly.更多还原
