森林灭火手泵性能检测研究

【摘要】 针对森林灭火手泵林业行业标准LY/T 1388-1999中存在的一些问题,本课题研制出了一套更加完善的手泵性能检测方法和计算机检测系统。研究在原有森林灭火手泵综合性能试验台的基础上,对其测试和控制系统进行了改造和重新设计,利用相应的传感器、放大器、数据采集卡和专业测试软件LabVIEW组成数据采集系统,实现对各性能参数的自动检测。新的检测方法能够排除人为因素的影响,所测得的性能参数能反映手泵在工作中的实际状况,对产品做出客观的评价;通过对不同手泵产品的检测比较,研究发现国产灭火手泵的主要零部件在用材和结构方面存在的问题,并提出了改进意见,促进生产企业改进产品质量、延长使用寿命。本研究为森林灭火手泵标准的执行和进一步补充、修改打下了基础。
【Abstract】 A set of improved method of test for performance of Forest Fire Suppression Hand Pump and a set of test system are presented to solve the problems lied in standard of Forest Fire Suppression Hand Pump in this article. On the basis of Hand Pump test-bed, the systems of test and control are redesigned. The data acquisition system consists of sensor, amplifier, data acquisition card and professional test software-LabVIEW. The improved test methods mentioned in this article can exclude the influence produced by manual operation, so the results acquired with these improved methods can reflect the actual working condition and objectively evaluate the quality of Hand Pump. Comparing the results of different production of Hand Pump, the problems of material and structure lied in homemade are discovered. Some corresponding resolvents are presented in the article to help manufacturing enterprise improve product quality. This research paves the way for implementation, supplement and modification of the standard of Hand Pump.
