可视化生物统计软件的研究与开发

【摘要】 近二十年来,统计分析方法在自然科学和社会科学的各个领域中的运用日益加强,随着计算机技术的普及和发展,种类繁多,功能强大的统计分析软件也应运而生。在我们即将迈入信息时代的今天,基于统计分析技术,并结合数据库技术和网络技术而发展起来的高新技术更是在众多科研领域和商业竞争中体现出了其广阔的发展前景。本文对国内外市场上优秀的统计分析软件系统做了深入地比较和分析,针对目前面向生物统计学,尤其是林业专业应用的通用统计软件相对比较匮乏,已有的研究成果推广应用又存在一定的困难的状况,提出了研建可视化生物统计软件系统的必要性。本文从统计软件的各个主要组成模块出发,对可视化生物统计分析系统做了整体架构分析。借鉴优秀的社会统计软件的处理优势,利用组件技术完成了数据管理和图表处理模块的系统设计,确立了软件的统计分析模块的概念范畴、算法要求、计算模式及流程,初步完成了系统的研建并作了案例分析。

【Abstract】 In the near twenties , the statistic analysis method has been applied to natural science and social science more and more deeply. With the prevalence and development of the computer technology, many sorts of statistic software with strong function have emerged, as the times require. As we will go into the information ages, based on the statistic analysis technology, some high and newly technology combined with database and network will develop more quickly. The thesis has done many study and comparison on the international excellent, statistic software system in the market. Because of the short of the universal statistic software oriented to Biological statistic, especially to forest application, the necessity and importance of developing a visual biological statistic analysis software system has been discussed in this paper. The structure of the visual biological statistic analysis software as a whole has been studied including main modules constituting the software. It completes the system design of data management and chart processing module and establishes the range of conception, mode of computing and flow of the implement in the statistic analysis module. The development of the system has been primarily implemented with some typical cases being analyzed in the paper.
