不同处理大豆蛋白源代乳料哺育早期断奶羔羊的效果

【摘要】 针对小尾寒羊饲养及肉羊规模化生产的需要,本试验对羔羊代乳料的配制及其人工哺喂的效果进行了研究。采用单因子随机分组设计,将24只萨福克(♂)×小尾寒羊(♀)羔羊随机分为4组,四组羔羊分别哺喂奶粉(A组)、以膨化大豆为主要蛋白源的代乳料(B组)、以酸碱处理大豆为主要蛋白源的代乳料(C组)和自然哺乳(D组)。进行了47天的饲养试验,在17~2日龄对A、B、C三组每组4只羔羊中进行了代谢试验。结果表明:1)本试验代乳料氨基酸平衡不如奶粉。2)虽然20日龄前以植物性蛋白为主的代乳料不利于羔羊消化利用,对生长有影响。但随着日龄的增加,羔羊习惯于吮食代乳料,其消化道酶体系逐渐健全,适于消化代乳料,并逐渐增加对粗料的摄入量和利用,干物质进食量适宜,因而生长速度加快。3)为防止腹泻发生,一方面要保证代乳料有高的脂肪含量,另一方面应该对植物蛋白进行适当处理。酸碱处理较膨化大豆不易引起腹泻。4)在人工哺育羔羊时,除了应用优质的代乳料外还应该注意利用绑草把和吊槽饲喂手段使羔羊尽早采食青草和羔羊颗粒料,促进其瘤胃的发育,提高其干物质采食量。5)用本试验配制的两种代乳料都有利于降低饲料成本。其中以含酸碱处理大豆的代乳料饲养成本最低。

【Abstract】 In accordance with the demand of rearing small tailed sheep and large-scale production of mutton sheep, compounding and rearing effect of milk replacer for lambs was studied. Single fact abandon group design was used. Twenty four lambs (Suffolk Small tailed sheep ) were divided into four group. Lambs in group A were reared with milk powder. Group B were reared with milk replacer containing popped soybean. Group C, aced and alkili processed soybean. Group D were reared by there ewes. Rearing trail was conducted during 7-47 days. A metabolic trail conducted during 17-22 days in group A,B,C. Six results were achieved.1) The amino acid of milk replacer was not as balance as that of milk powder.2) Before 20 days, lambs did not adjusted to plant protein which impacted lambs growth. Late, lambs was adjusted to the milk replacer, and enzyme system were developed. Lambs grew rapidly when crude feeds intake increased.3) Compared with milk powder, early days(17~22 days) there was barrier for lambs in digesting and absolving nutrient of two milk replacer.4) To avoid diarrhea, milk replacer should contain enough fat and plant protein should be processed.5) To induce lambs to eat, tied grass should be hanged and granulated feed should be provided in hanged trough. This method was advantageous to increase DM intake of lambs and accelerate the development of rumen.6) When using the milk replacer, cost of feed decreased especially when milk replacer C was used.
