非线性编辑网络系统及其图像编码理论研究

【摘要】 随着计算机和通讯技术的发展,数字化和网络化为电视业带来了一次革命,非线性编辑网络系统就是这场革命的产物。数字视频技术使得整个电视系统的技术质量显著改善,网络技术将过去电视制作存储等传统的、孤立的、个别的资源有机地结合在一起,极大地提高了生产力,创造了全新的工艺流程。本文详细介绍了非线性编辑网络系统的构成、功能模块、工作流程,以及特有的双网运行结构。对非线性编辑系统使用的压缩编码方法进行了研究,并探索了小波变换用于非线性编辑系统的可能性。根据电视台工作对网络的运行安全性、稳定性和管理完善性要求,提出了一种非线性编辑系统网络管理模型,该模型可以安全合理地对人员、节目素材、网络设备、磁盘空间进行有效管理,实际系统正在某电视台运行,整体性能安全、可靠,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。互联网的兴起给电视行业带来了挑战也带来了机遇,非线性制作网络采用广播级信号标准MPEG-2作为电视节目播出和资料存储的编码格式,选用互联网上广泛使用的MPEG-4视频标准作为检索浏览、网上视频发布的编码格式,为电视行业自身拓展了新的领域,为电视台独有的珍贵的视音频资料带来了新的增值。
【Abstract】 Digitalization and networking bring a revolution to TV industry with the development of the computer and communication technology, under which non-linear editing network system is built up. Digital video technology makes great improvement to TV system and network technology combines the traditional, isolated resources with a result of productivity progress and a new work process.This paper discusses the architecture, function module, workflow and unique dual-network structure of the non-linear editing network system in detail. Compression and coding method used in this system is studied. The possibility of the employment of wavelet theory is investigated. According to the requirement of network safety, stability in TV station, a non-linear editing network system is proposed, which safely manages users, program resource, network equipments and disc space assignment. This system has been used in one TV station with good stability and produces both social and economic benefits.The rise of Internet brings not only challenges but also opportunity to TV industry. The non-linear editing network system adopts the broadcast standard, MPEG-2, as the coding format for program sending and storing, and uses MPEG-4, popular on the Internet, as the coding format for browsing and online video displaying, which explores new field for TV industry and adds to the value of the precious audio and video material of TV station.
