襄石线车流优化及技术站点设置研究

【摘要】 铁路技术站点的布局是铁路部门有效完成运输任务的基本保证,技术站的布局不仅要考虑到当前的车流特点,还要考虑较长时期内运输任务的发展趋势,为便于运输组织,适应经济发展的需求,技术站的布局调整十分必要。另外,当车流组织优化达到一定程度时,着眼于技术站点布局的研究也是解决问题的有效手段。 本文从车流组织优化入手,把襄石线及相关的技术站视为一个物流系统,从系统优化的角度论证襄石线最优的区段站设置方案,运用了系统管理观念,包括总成本法、避免次优化、得失比较分析法等。结合襄石线吸引区的经济状况,分析了该线的现状,提出了目前该线存在的主要问题,即区段站设置过密,这不适合铁路发展长交路的牵引机制;折角车流运行路径过长,车流运行不顺畅,限制了该线运输能力的发挥;随着地方经济的发展,运力和运量之间的矛盾显现出来。 本研究是以车流优化为基础,以优化襄石线区段站的设置的宗旨,分析了车流组织优化的国内外现状,引入了物流的观点,即车流的物流化管理,来研究车流组织优化,根据襄石线2010年和2015年的车流预测量和车流的特点及本身的实际现状,建立了优化该线编组计划的数学模型,并采用启发式算法求解出该线的车流组织方案。并采用行车组织中惯用的表格计算法分析验证各种区段站设置方案的优劣,又从经济评价的角度计算各种区段站设置方案条件下可能产生的有调中转车流和无调中转车流的数量,计算出各种方案的运输成本费用,进一步论证襄石线区段站设置方案的可行性。最后得出襄石线最优的区段站设置方案,将为襄石线的区段站合理规划、布局提供又价值的参考。 结合本研究的实际,作者对襄石线区段站规划和设计、改造时提出了自己的建议。
【Abstract】 The layout of technical station guaranteed the department of rail to accomplish the transportation task efficiently. It thinks of not only the feature of recent wagon flow, but also the trend of the transportation development. In order to adapt the economical development and transportation organizing. Adjustment of layout for technical station is necessary. In the other word, when the wagon flow optimizing do not reach requirement, the layout of technical station is one of efficient way to solve problem.According to the optimization of wagon flow organizing, the author regards Xiang-shi line and interrelated technical station as a logistic system, and proofs the optimal layout of this line, at the same time, applies the method cost, the avoiding vice optimizing, the means of comparison and analysis etc. Combing area of Xiang-shi line, the author analyses the present situation and main problem. First, distance among technical station is too short to adapt the system of long tractive section. Second, angular wagon flow path is very long and wagon flow is no fairness. At last .with the local economical development, Contrary between transportation capacity and amount of traffic bring out.The paper is based on wagon flow optimizing and aimed at optimizing the layout of section station. The author conducts the logistic conception, namely, wagon flow as logistic management. According to the amount of wagon flow in 2010 and 2015, the author establishes mathematical model to optimize train formation plan, at the same time, adopts heuristic algorism to work out the schema of wagon flow. The author also uses the computation by tabulation to test the to all kind of possible planning schema of section station, and figure out the cost of transportation by the component of car flow from the viewpoint of economical evaluatioa At last, a feasible planning schema about section station of Xiang-shi line is drawn.
