丰都长江大桥施工方法及新技术研究

【摘要】 丰都长江大桥悬索桥具有外张式空间曲线主缆、隧洞式锚碇和钢桁架加劲梁的设计特点,结构新颖、技术复杂、工艺精度高,施工难度大,其施工方法和施工中开发的新技术具有重要的应用价值。 丰都长江大桥悬索桥采用混凝土桥塔,其常规的施工方法有滑模、翻模和爬模等几种,本桥施工中采用了新开发的钢管爬升架倒模新工艺,不仅节省了为桥塔施工而设计的桥塔型钢骨架,而且利用常规的简易杆件、施工速度快,施工质量好。悬索桥施工中需要吊装的材料和构件很多,丰都长江大桥悬索桥主缆采用空间外张式,使加劲梁的吊装不能采用一般的缆载吊机形式,为使施工的顺利进行,本桥施工中开发了多功能高架索道施工方案,以一副索道完成了多种工作,全面解决了上部结构(包括加劲梁)的多项吊装作业。根据本桥的特点,开发了轻型猫道及其架设施工方法、新型的索股架设系统、简易紧缆机和手动缠丝机。这些项目的研究对桥梁建设的顺利进行创造了条件,也大大地降低了施工成本。本文对上述施工新工艺开发和新技术的研究及其应用进行了详细的介绍。 丝股和加劲梁的架设与控制(调整)是悬索桥施工的关键工程,在本桥施工中对于这方面的方法也进行了深入的研究,论文中介绍了这方面的研究成果。
【Abstract】 Fengdu Yangtze Suspension Bridge is characterized with out-spread overhead curved cable, tunnel-type anchorage and steel-truss stiffening girder. It is well-known for its new structure, complex technology, accurate workmanship, and difficult construction. It is valuable to review its construction method and new technique developed during construction.Concrete pylons are adopted for the Fengdu Yangtze Suspension Bridge, and normal construction methods for the pylons include slide formworks, turning shutters and climbing formworks. Climbing formworks with assembled steel-pipe scaffolding is a newly-developed technique for this bridge .It causes saving of the steel skeleton for construction of the pylons. By utilizing regular simple rods and parts, construction progress is fast and the quality is good. There are many materials and members to be hoisted during construction of the suspension bridge, unfortunately, the out-spread overhead curved cable makes it impossible for hoisting the stiffening girder with normal cable-supported lift. In order to ensure the construction proceeded smoothly, a multifunctional overhead cableway system is developed, thus accommodating all the hoisting tasks for the superstructure (stiffening girder). Subjecting to the bridge features, a light-type temporary footbridge and its erection method, a new wire strand hoisting system, a simplified wire compacting machine and a manual wrapping machine are also developed. Development of abovementioned systems ensures the smooth proceeding of the bridge construction and reducing construction cost to a large extent. This paper presents a detailed description about the development and study of abovementioned new techniques and new workmanship as well as their practical application.Erection and adjustment of the wire strand and the stiffening girder is the key critical work which has large impacts on the construction of the suspension bridge, detailed study is also carried out for these topics during the construction and this article tries to give a presentation.
