【摘要】 网络计划技术是50年代首先在美国发展起来的一种新的计划技术。它通过网络图形式，表达计划安排，并据以选择最优的计划方案，组织、协调和控制生产(工作)的进度和费用，使之达到预定的目标。因此，网络计划技术也是一种科学管理方法。近年来，这种新的计划技术在世界各国的各个领域中取得了日益广泛的应用，并取得了令人瞩目的良好效果。 目前市场上大约有上百种项目管理软件，但都没能好好地解决网络图的绘制问题，主要问题如下： (1)自动布点功能不强，主要靠人工布点； (2)绘制超大幅面网络图，难以胜任图形的输出重任，尤其是在没有大型绘图仪的基层，问题尤显突出。 本项目的研究目标是解决网络图绘制中的自动布点及网络样图的分页技术，使之具有实用价值。为了达到上述目标，需要研究以下一些内容： 双代号网络图自动布点算法的研制；网络图形编辑器的研制；网络图分页绘制算法及程序的研制。另外，还研究了网络参数计算以及智能报表输出问题，来配合该类问题的研究。 本论文中算法基于PERT网络图绘制的基本理论及要求设计，特点在于布点的速度快，交叉少，箭线分布较均匀。网络图的分页绘制，使用户对设备的依赖大大降低了。 本项目的完成解决了PERT方法应用中的一些主要技术障碍，从而为推广应用该方法打下坚实的技术基础，为企业在激烈的市场竞争中以高效、快速的科学管理方法提高企业在市场中的竞争力，提供技术支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 Network program technique is a new program technique in American in fifties. It give expression to arrange program through network picture, arid select the best program scheme through it, organize, harmonize and control the rate of progress and expenditure of the work, make it get to the anticipative target. So, network program technique is a scientific administration method. Lately , the new program technique gets comprehension application increasingly, win well compelling effects.At present, there are hundreds of software tools in item manage, but thes e software don’t solve the problems about drawing the network picture, major problems as follows:(1) The function of arrange dots isn’t strive, arrange dots by human mostly;(2) Drawing super-bigness network picture can’t be competent for outputting picture.Particularly, problems are outstanding in grass roots without plotting instrument.The target of the item lies to select the technique of the function of arrange dots and outputting leaf by leaf, The function of arrange dots, make it valuable. In order to the target, we need research the problem as follows;The study of the algorithm of the function in arranging dots in double-dotted network picture; study of network picture editor; study of drawing network picture leaf by leaf.The peculiarity of algorithm in this thesis lies the rapid speed of arrange dots, short of cross, arrow lines symmetrical. The method of outputting leaf by leaf makes users th depend on equipment to fall greatly.It can solve the major technical problems in using the PERT method Accomplishing the item, and it can offer the stable technical base, can offer technical support, can enhance competition in market for corporation in furious marketable competition.更多还原
