水泥助磨剂的应用研究

【摘要】 水泥助磨剂能提高水泥磨机粉磨效率,改善水泥颗粒级配组成和水泥品质指标,降低水泥生产成本,是水泥科技界和生产企业的重要研究课题。 本文根据开远水泥厂熟料矿物特点和工艺条件,合理配制两类助磨剂—多元醇类和多元醇胺类。分别采用小磨实验研究和工业实验研究两种方法对所配制助磨剂进行了系统全面的研究。 应用小磨实验研究方法,探索了助磨剂的合理掺量,研究了助磨剂对产品细度、比表面积、粉体颗粒组成、颗粒形状和水泥的物理性能的影响规律。研究结果表明:多元醇类助磨剂和多元醇胺类助磨剂,都能显著提高水泥粉体的细度;增加水泥的比表面积;改善产品的颗粒级配,特别能大幅提高对水泥强度起主要作用的3~30μm的细颗粒含量、并对提高水泥颗粒的球形度具有良好的效果。加入多元醇类助磨剂和多元醇胺类助磨剂都能提高水泥物理性能,特别是水泥的28d砂浆强度能得到大幅度的提高。两种助磨剂对熟料矿物中C3S和C3A的助磨作用效果要明显强于对熟料矿物中C4AF和C2S的作用。而多元醇胺类助磨剂比多元醇类助磨剂具有更好的助磨效果,特别对于矿渣水泥,多元醇类助磨剂表现出非常良好的助磨效果。助磨剂的助磨效果最初随助磨剂掺量的增加而线性增加,当掺量达到一定数值后,助磨效果不再随助磨剂掺量增加而增强,两类助磨剂的合理掺量都为0.02-0.03%。 工业实验研究过程中,重点分析了掺加助磨剂后粉磨系统的工艺参数特点,总结了磨音的变化规律,分析了磨内空气阻力变化趋势,研究了其对产品的颗粒组成和水泥物理性能的影响机理。实验结果表明:在生产P.S.32.5级水泥时,掺入0.028%的助磨剂,磨机产量由33t/h提高到37.2t/h,产量提高幅度达12.73%;在生产P.S.42.5级水泥时,磨机产量由36t/h提高到40.42t/h。同时,随助磨剂的加入,磨音增加,磨尾排风管负压降低。本研究中所配制的两类助磨剂均能有效地减小物料的团聚,增加物料的流速,并提高磨系统的粉磨效率。所生产的水泥产品,细度增加,比表面积提高,水泥颗粒级配更为合理,水泥中对强度贡献来源的3-30ìm颗粒数量大幅增加,加快水泥熟料矿物的水化,水泥的各龄期强度均得到提高。
【Abstract】 Cement grinding aids are attracting more and more increasing interest. They increase the grinding efficiency; improve the grain size distribution and the cement performance. Research on cement grinding aids has become a major subject for cement researchers and cement manufacturers.In this paper, two kinds of cement grinding aids were developed according to the clinker characteristics and production line situation. Both laboratory and industrial investigations were utilized to study to performance of the grinding aids systematically.The effects of grinding aids on the powders properties including the fineness, the particles size distribution, as well as Blain’s values are determined. And the influence of grinding aids on cement physical properties was also investigated. The results indicate that both kinds of grinding aids increase the powder fineness and the Blain’s values considerably. In addition, the grinding aids improves the particles size distribution, especially, makes the grains with the size of 3~30um increasing in large quantities. With the addition of grinding aids, the strengths of cement mortar at 3 days or 28 days get highly increase. Moreover, the grinding aids have more effect on C3S and C3A than the effect on C4AF and C2S. Most interesting, the grinding aid B# has good grinding-aiding effecting on the slag cement. The effect of grinding aids increase linearly with the addition quantity. However, with the addition value reach a given value, the grinding-aiding effect does not increase with the addition amount.In industrial production, the process parameters characteristics with the addition of grinding aids were analyzed systemically. The results indicate that the production rate of the cement mill increase from 33t/h to 37.2t/h with 0.028% addition of grinding aid, which is equal to 12.73% increase. This paper also analyzed the grinding-aiding mechanism.
