铁路信号计算机联锁系统的故障模型建立及故障诊断方法的研究

【摘要】 计算机控制系统在工业生产、交通运输、空间技术等领域中有着广泛的应用,但要求这些系统具有很高的安全性、可靠性及健壮性,因为任何一个很小的故障都有可能造成生命、财产的重大损失,因此,开发者、用户单位及有关部门均高度重视系统的故障分析、诊断及防护问题。HJ04A系统作为铁路运输的一个技术保障系统,其开发者—合肥工业大学微机所对系统的故障研究投入了大量的人力和物力,作者也有幸参与了这项工作,主要对该系统的故障进行了一定的分析和探讨。文章介绍了故障-安全的概念、HJ04A系统的硬件和软件结构,对系统故障进行了分类,并列出了一些常见的故障;结合可靠性理论、故障预测的概念和标准,详细分析了FMEA/CA、故障树、事件树、Markov故障模型,对这些理论进行了一定的深化,描述了每个故障模型的故障处理流程,并对其进行了评价;介绍了故障诊断的概念,分析了故障诊断专家系统和K层BP神经网络,提出了一种层次结构图论法的故障诊断方法。根据HJ04A系统的具体情况,对4种故障模型和3种诊断方法都给出了具体的实例,并且一一进行了分析。
【Abstract】 The computer control system is widely used in industry control, traffic transport, space technology and so on. The high security, reliability and haleness are required in these systems, Since a few failures can make the losses of huge economy and human beings, thereby the developers, consumers and relational departments think much of the fault analysis, diagnosis and prevention.The HJ04A system is an indemnity of the railway transport. As the developer, the microcomputer research institute of hefei university of technology has put in many researchers and much time on this system’s fault research. In fortunately. I participate in this project, and do some job of the system’s faults analysis, diagnosis and other thing.The paper introduces the concept of fail-safe, the hardware and software’s frame, divides the faults into some classes, and lists some general faults. I introduce the principle of reliability, fault forecast and it’s standards firstly. Secondly, I analyze the FMEA/CA, Fault tree, Event tree and Markov models in detail, deepen its theory and describe the flows of these models. And then, we introduce the fault diagnosis expert system and the K layers of BP neural network, and bring forward a hierarchical structure graph. At last, we list some instances of the above-described models and fault diagnosis.
