Industrial Process Supervisor System Base on Web Technique

【摘要】 工业过程信息监控系统是依赖工业监控系统与信息系统技术的集成自动化系统,它具有良好的开放性。为此,本文将Internet中的Web技术应用于工业过程信息监控系统中,提出了构件基于B/S结构的开放性工业过程信息监控系统的思想。针对实现过程中两大难题:异构系统的数据交换、动态数据发布,展开了深入研究。在异构数据交换的研究中,讨论了NetDDE、ODBC等数据交换技术。以实验为基础,提出采用ActiveX技术、ASP技术、ADO技术、WinSock技术及Intellution的iWebserver实现Intranet上数据发布的几种方法。最后结合某企业网络信息系统的工程实践,探讨了iWebServer是实现B/S结构过程监控系统的一种高效、快捷、实用的方法。

【Abstract】 Industrial process information supervisor system is integrated automation system based on the techniques of industrial supervisor system and information system, it need possess feature of good opening, so, this paper proposed the idea that builds industrial process information supervisor system with feature of opening based on B/S architecture. Two hard points that are met in developing system including data exchange between different structure system, dynamic data deployment are studied deeply. The paper studied the exchange techniques such as NetDDE, ODBC etc. We proposed several methods to implement real-time deployment by using ActiveX technique, ASP technique, ADO technique, WinSock and iWebserver. Finally, The paper discussed a method that is high efficiency, shortcut and practical to implement industry process monitor system based on B/S structure. The method is based on iWebserver and is validated in constructing project of the enterprise network information system.
