【摘要】 任何企业都置身于外部环境的大系统中。在这个时时刻刻都在发生变化的系统中，企业经济环境占有重要的地位，对企业经营产生着重大影响。企业的经济环境因素纷繁复杂，对企业产生直接或间接的影响，而且，企业经济环境瞬息万变，变化的速度也日趋加快，这给企业经营带来了巨大的机遇和挑战。企业的成败在很大程度上取决于企业能否了解和掌握经济环境的变化，并及时做出响应，在自己的计划中对未来做出战略安排。因此，对企业经济环境进行分析是企业经营战略形成的重要前提，是经营战略成功实施的基础，企业必须通过对经济环境进行不断的分析与评价，才能够及时调整经营策略，从而在激烈的竞争中求得生存与发展。 本文就是一篇系统的研究企业经济环境评价方法的论文，具有一定的前瞻性。本文首先讨论了论文背景，指出了论文研究的目的和意义，并对国内外相关研究进行了客观评述；其次，探讨了企业经济环境的内涵和构成的关键要素，并指出各要素变化对企业产生的影响；再次，根据各构成要素，设置了评价企业经济环境的指标体系；最后，选择改造的功效系数法，对企业经济环境进行了评价，建立出评价模型，并据此对企业1999年、2000年、2001年的经济环境进行了评价，此外，该模型还可以根据指标预测值，对企业未来的经济环境加以预测。 本论文还指出企业应依据经济环境的分析与评价，根据自身条件选择或调整企业战略决策，从而使本论文的研究与企业实际情况更加紧密地结合起来，同时更具操作性。 总之，本论文的研究将为企业提供一套科学、适用的经济环境分析方法，为企业针对环境变化调整经营策略提供了依据。因此，具有极为重要的理论和实践应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Every enterprise is in the large system of external environment. In this constantly changing system, economic environment of enterprise occupies an important place, exercises a great influence. The economic environment factors of enterprises are numerous and complicated, affecting enterprises directly or indirectly, and enterprise economic environment is fast-changing, the rate of its changing is also more and more rapid, this brings operation of enterprises great opportunities and risks. The success of enterprises depends greatly on whether they can understand and grasp the change of economic environment or not, and respond in time, then they can arrange strategies of future in their own plans. So, the analysis to enterprise economic environment is the major premise of forming enterprise operational strategies, and also is the base of practicing operational strategies successfully. Enterprise must constantly analyze and evaluate the economic environment, thus it can adjust management tactics in time to pursuit existence and develop in the intense competence.This article is a work for researching enterprise economic environment evaluation method systematically, possesses the nature of pioneer in a certain sense. Firstly, this article discusses the background of it, points out its intention and meaning, and it also subjectively appraises the relative documents at home and abroad.Secondly, it looks into enterprise economic environment meaning, content, and the essential factors, then raises the effects to enterprise when these factors changed.Thirdly, it set up the index system of enterprise economic environment based on the essential factors.Finally, it chooses reformed efficacy coefficient method to evaluate enterprise economic environment, and builds the evaluation pattern. Base it, we can evaluate enterprise economic environment of the year 1999, 2000 and 2001. Besides, this pattern also can calculate the future economic environmentof enterprise according to the forecasting index dates.The article also points out that enterprises should choose or adjust tactics on the basis of the marks and analysis to enterprise economic environment, according to condition of enterprises. This combines the research with the actual situation of enterprises much closer, and possesses operational nature simultaneously.In a word, this research will provide a set of scientific and applicable economic environment, provide basis for enterprise to adjust its management tactics directed against the change of environment.
