螺旋曲面数控成形磨削技术的研究

【摘要】 本文所讨论的复杂曲面为螺杆压缩机转子的螺旋面。目前基于多自由度砂轮修整器对砂轮进行复杂曲线修整的成形磨削技术在国内尚无应用,为了提高螺杆压缩机转子的加工精度和效率,并为将来制造螺杆压缩机转子专用数控成形磨床奠定基础,本文对螺杆压缩机转子数控成形磨削技术进行了分析、研究,提出了一种以较低的成本和较高的灵活性实现数控成形磨削加工螺杆压缩机转子的新控制思路,并由此解决了成形磨削实际应用中存在的一系列关键问题。 本文研究了由螺杆端面截形计算加工此种螺杆的砂轮廓形的原理和方法,解决了诸如安装角的选择、离散点导数的求解等问题,并对此种方法进行了误差分析和实例计算。 本文重点研究了磨削加工与砂轮修整的控制与协调问题,砂轮修整前需要重新计算砂轮廓形并对修整程序进行更新,此过程计算复杂,在单机数控系统上不易实现编程。所以本系统将砂轮廓形计算和数控程序的生成、更新等过程集中在计算机端完成,采用DNC控制方式结合数控系统的PLC功能和设计合理的CAM软件,解决了砂轮修整时砂轮廓形数据的更新,砂轮半径的补偿,计算机与数控系统通讯以及异常情况出现时的系统恢复等问题,很好地完成了磨削加工与砂轮修整的控制与协调问题,并进行了机床与修整器运动和结构布局设计。 本课题提出了一种解决磨削加工和砂轮修整控制与协调问题的新思路,编制了一套具有砂轮廓形计算、图形显示、控制磨削加工和砂轮修整等功能的CAM软件,为后续课题设计、制造此种成形磨床奠定了坚实的理论基础。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the machining precision and efficiency of screw compressor rotors and established a groundwork for designing and manufacturing the mold grinding machine on rotors, the paper studied mold grinding manufacture techniques of numerical control. The paper raised a new method for controlling and corresponding the process of machining and dressing, and settled a serial of crucial problems about it.The paper studied the method for calculating the profile of grinding wheel for machining rotors, settled the problems for calculating of differential coefficient on scattering points and the choice of fixing angle. It is proved to be a precise method, which is fit for mold grinding through analysis calculating errors.The problems for controlling and corresponding the process of machining and dressing are thoughtfully researched. Because of dressing data changed according to the dressing amounts in the process of dressing, it needs to update the numeric programs for dressing process and compensate the decreasing of grinding-wheel’s diameter. In order to improving the flexibility of numerical control system, the communication between computer and numerical control system is instanced through RS232 serial port in direct numerical control mode combined with PLC function, which accomplish the transmission of numerical control programs. The system errors are dealed with the module of error-manage to improving the stabilization of system, and designed structure and movement on dressing device and machine tool.The paper settled a serial of problems for machining screw compressor rotors and designed a software for calculating the profile of grinding wheel, displaying of graphics, and controlling the process of machining and dressing. The paper established a groundwork on designing and manufacturing moldgrinding machine tool for machining screw compressor rotors.
