【摘要】 管理信息模型是基于TMN的网络管理的核心内容，也是实现综合化网络管理的关键。本文基于TMN的基本原理，以网络管理信息模型为研究方向，探讨了TMN体系在电力通信网中的可行性。深入研究了基于TMN的网络管理建模思想、TMN用于建模的GDMO和ASN.1语法格式。并在此基础之上，利用VC++开发建模程序化工具GDMO/ASN.1 Browser。同时利用标准化建模的方法，构建了电力系统特定设备的网元层和业务层模型，填补了目前此方面工作的不足，为实现以业务为中心的电力系统综合化网络管理系统奠定理论基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the key to realize the integrative network management, Management Information Model is the kernel of the network management based on TMN. This paper bases on the basic theories of TMN, regards MIM as the direction of research, discusses the feasibility of TMN in Power System Communication Network. The method of modeling based on TMN and the GDMO/ASN.1 syntax are also discussed deeply. Based on these principles, the paper develops software tools GDMO/ASN.1 Browser with VC++. The paper utilizes the standards to describe the NEL and BML models for special equipments in Power System and fills the blank in this field, then establishes the basis in theory to realize the integrative Power System Communication Network management based on services.
