涵道螺旋桨优化设计

【摘要】 本文主要论述了应用于地效益船推进系统中的涵道螺旋桨的设计问题。涵道螺旋桨取代普通螺旋桨,既缓解了地效益船起飞状态的推力需求,又在一定程度上弥补了开式桨叶尖打水的缺陷。由于地效翼船不同于普遍意义上的飞行器,它的巡航速度低,航空涵道螺旋桨相对的设计速度较高,而国内缺乏对涵道螺旋桨的系统研究。因此有必要在满足地效翼船需求前提下,开展具有针对性的涵道螺旋桨的研究。 本文根据Theodorsen的片条理论,涵道后缘的库塔条件以及边界页微元涡丝的诱导方程,构筑了涵道螺旋桨叶片涡强度分布的计算模型,然后用该模型代替Prandtl的动量损失函数及环量函数,将自由螺旋桨的最小能量损失的设计方法加以推广,优化设计了涵道螺旋桨,最后依据国外的经验数据进行了涵道的设计及涵道桨性能的修正。

【Abstract】 The design of the ducted fan applied for WIG Craft (Wing In Ground Craft) is discussed in this thesis. Instead of propeller, the ducted fan is designed as a propulsor of small WIG Craft. This will not only satisfy the demand of thrust at take-off but also prevent the propeller tips disturbed by water. WIG Craft differs from aircraft, it possesses the low cruising speed. So far there is less research work on it domestically.The present paper discusses how to design a numerical model calculating the vortices of ducted fan blades, based on the classical slip theory of Theodorsen, Kutta conditions and vortices induced equations. Then this vortices model is applied in the optimum propeller design method instead of the Prandtl momentum loss factor. Finally, based on the overseas" data of propeller and duct, educe all of the geometry parameters of the propellers and the duct.In the whole design process, the free propeller design method based on the minimum energy loss is extended to the ducted fan design, it is the first try for the set-up of the ducted fan design method.
