高炉鼓风机计算机控制系统设计与实现

【摘要】 在冶金企业中,高炉鼓风机是非常重要的复杂设备,为了确保其能够稳定、高效、安全的工作,设计并实现高炉鼓风机的计算控制是十分重要的。本文详细讨论了高炉鼓风机计算机控制系统的软、硬件设计,并结合高炉鼓风机的特点就控制系统的结构和控制方法进行了深入研究。 集散控制系统在现代过程控制领域得到了广泛的应用,论文首先介绍了集散控制系统的基本结构和特点,然后,结合高炉鼓风机系统工作原理和控制目标,提出了高炉鼓风机计算机控制系统的结构和总体设计方案,接着,论文就计算机控制系统中的各项控制功能的实现方法进行了详细的介绍,并重点讨论了系统寻优控制的原理和具本的实现方法。最后,对计算机控制系统的半物理仿真实验和现场调试方法进行了介绍。 结合论文研究工作所研制的高炉鼓风机计算机控制系统已经在包头钢铁集团公司投入实际运行,控制系统性能稳定,控制效果良好。

【Abstract】 The blast furnace blower, which sends wind to the blast furnace, is the crucial and complex equipment in metallurgical enterprise. So it is necessary to design a computer control system to insure that the blast furnace blower can work steadily, efficiently and safely. In this paper, the design of both the software and the hardware of the computer control system for the blast furnace blower are discussed explicitly. According to the characteristics of the blast furnace blower, further and thorough research on the control structure and algorithm is also achieved.Distribute Control System (DCS) is widely used in modern industrial process control field. At the beginning of this paper, the basic structure and features of the Distribute Control System are introduced. In terms of the control object and the principles of the Blast Furnace Blower, the structure and the overall design ideals of the compute control system are proposed. Then, the realizations of every control function in this compute control system are illustrated in details. Meanwhile, we focus our study on the principle and realization of the optimal control. Finally, the semi-physical simulation method and facture-debugging plan of this computer control system are presented.The computer control system of the blast furnace blower, which is designed in this paper, has already been put into use in the Bao Tou Steel Group. A steady control system and satisfactory control effect are obtained finally.
