工艺工作流控制及信息管理技术研究与开发

【摘要】 为满足企业的需求，CAPP系统应是一个集任务管理、工艺设计、工艺信息管理、审批管理、版本及发放管理、文档管理等功能于一体的复杂的设计和管理体系。本文以工艺工作流管理及工艺信息管理为重点，结合CAPP产品开发和工程项目的研究，进行管理型CAPP系统研究。 工作流是一种实现整个或部分经营过程在计算机支持下的全自动和半自动化的技术，是实现过程集成的有效途径。工艺过程是一种典型的工作流。本文着重从用户管理与权限控制、过程模型定义、工艺任务管理、工作流的执行与监控这四个方面细致阐述了工艺中工作流管理。 工艺信息是结构化数据和图表性数据集成的复杂综合性信息体系。工艺信息的有效管理，不仅有利于工艺设计效率和质量的提高，更有利于内部信息与外部信息的集成。本文从工艺分工计划、材料定额、工时定额和工艺文档管理四个方面来完善CAPP系统的工艺信息管理。 综合运用工作流技术与信息管理技术，以工作流管理为主线的、过程集成与信息集成的管理型CAPP软件平台以开发形成，并得到应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 CAPP system demanded by enterprises should be an integrated system of process planning and management, which includes task management, process planning, process information management, examining and approving management, version management and document management. Emphasizing on workflow and information management in process planning, this thesis has researched on a management-oriented CAPP system, combined with product development and engineering project of CAPP.Workflow management is a kind of computer technology and a good way to procedure integration, with which the whole or part of producing processes can be implemented automatically or semi-automatically. Process planning is a typical workflow. This thesis presents the workflow management mainly from four aspects: users and privileges management, procedures modeling, process task management and workflow execution and supervision.Process information is a complicated and synthetic information system integrating structure and diagram data, the effective management of which benefits both to improvement of process planning and to integration of internal and external information. This paper promotes the process information management of CAPP system with work-route planning, material ration, work-time ration and process document management.Using workflow and information management technologies, following the key clue of workflow management, the management-oriented CAPP system with the integration of both procedures and information has been developed and well implemented.更多还原
