【摘要】 DNC是一种将计算机与多台数控机床相连形成的制造自动化技术，是实现FMS、CIMS的重要底层技术。DNC系统也可作为工厂自动化系统的一个层次，独立应用。相对FMS来说，DNC是具有投资小、见效快、柔性好、可大量介入人机交互并具有较好柔性的多个数控加工设备的集成控制系统。 首先，本文介绍了DNC的内涵和发展演变过程，分析了三种主要的DNC通讯技术。然后针对青海第一机床厂进行了系统的结构和控制总体设计。 根据机床厂并结合国内生产实际情况，综合阐述了DNC系统集成的相关技术。 本文重点研究开发了DNC主机与数控系统异步串行通信软件。文中详细分析了串行通信对应的三层协议，即物理层、数据链路层、应用层以实现通信。软件实现了DNC的上传数控程序、下传数控程序，机床状态查询等功能。文中利用Windows多线程技术，实现了对多串口的实时多任务处理。采用的动态链接库技术方便地集成异构数控系统，使系统具有良好的可扩展性。 最后，本文还对非常有发展前途的基于CAN总线的DNC系统的结构和通信实现等进行了探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 DNC technology is one of the automatic manufacturing technology which is performed by one computer linked by some NC equipments. And it is the important important bottom technology in realizing FMS and CIMS. DNC system also can be applied independently as a layer of factory automation system. As compared with FMS, DNC has the merit of lower investment, quick effection and good flexity. It is a integrated control system of some NC equipments, which can have a great deal of human-computer interaction.At first, the concept and the development of DNC are introduced in this paper, and the three main DNC communication techniques are analyed. Then give the First Machine Tool Factory of QingHai a whole design of DNC system structure.According to the manufacture facts, presents the integration methods of typical NC equipments in synthesis.In this essay, we mainly study the asynchronous serial communication software of the DNC host computer. The protocol of physical layer, data link layer, application layer that corresponded to serial communication is analyzed in detail. The software enables the DNC system have the ability to transmit NC program, receive NC program, and to query the status of NC equipment. By use of multi_thread technique, the software resolve the problem of communication with multi_port simultaneously. DLL technique is also adopted to resolve the integration problem in DNC system which have different DNC protocols easily, and make the DNC system have good performance of expansion.In the end, the structure and communication realization of one kind of promising DNC system based on CANBus is discussed.更多还原
