现代微波PLL跳频源低相位噪声研究与设计

【摘要】 随着现代通信、雷达、电子侦察和对抗技术的飞速的发展,对作为核心部件的频率合成器的性能指标提出了更高的要求,特别是相位噪声指标。锁相式频率合成器作为现代频率合成器的主流,研究其低相位噪声合成技术是很有必要的。本文就基于此对锁相环低相位噪声理论和设计进行研究和分析。本文主要研究现代微波锁相跳频源低相噪设计技术。在对锁相环噪声性能分析的基础上,对现代微波锁相跳频源多种低相位噪声设计方案进行分析研究。提出了低噪声锁相跳频源设计的一些独道见解。本文先对现代频率合成技术进行了比较,接着详细分析了锁相环各部件对锁相环路的噪声贡献,包括环路滤波器本身噪声的影响,由此得出了一种较为准确的相噪预测算法。此外,还对分数锁相这种具有突破性合成技术原理进行了分析。在本文的最后给出了几个低噪声锁相跳频源的设计实例,对低噪声锁相跳频源设计理论进行验证,且取得了很高的相噪指标,具有一定的指导意义和参考价值。
【Abstract】 Today,as the electronic technology is developing fantasticly fast,the request for higher performance of synthesizers is put forward,especially the low phase noise performsnce.As the PLL is the main force of modern synthesizer,do a forwad research in technology of low phase noise design is very necessary.For this reason,the paper is mainly focus on the theory and technology of low phase noise PLL design.This paper mainly introduce the teconology of design modern microwave hopping frequency PLL synthesizer with low phase noise.On the foundation of analysis of phase noise performance of PLL circuit,I made some reasearch in system shcemes and methods for low phase noise design of microwave hopping frequency PLL.Some innovative ideas of low phase noise design about PLL is presented in this paper.In the begginning of the paper,I made some comparasion ammong modern frequency synthesizer,In succession,I Analysis phase noise contribution made by the P the make-up parts of PLL system including loop filter of PLL.As result,I have gotten the algorithm for accurate predication phase noise in PLL synthesizer.Then I made some details on Fraction-N PLL. At last, some low phase noise PLL designs are to be presented by me to verify the theroies of low phase noise design .All in a word,this article provide some meaningfull instruction for low phase noise hopping frequency PLL design.
