汽车燃油空气加热器噪声性能研究

【摘要】 汽车等交通工具产生的噪声构成了城市噪声的主要方面,严重影响了人们正常的工作与休息。 汽车燃油空气加热器是冬季客车采暖的主要设备之一,已被国产客车大量采用。为充分满足人们对环境保护和乘坐舒适性越来越高的要求,本文对国产汽车燃油空气加热器的噪声性能进行了全面的试验研究,找出了主要的噪声源,并采取了相应的降噪措施。 对汽车燃油空气加热器中具有典型代表结构的QN700型样机的测试分析表明:风扇噪声(625Hz)、电机噪声(962Hz)和燃烧噪声是加热器的主要噪声源。为此,本文在分析各噪声源噪声产生机理的基础上,提出了降低噪声的建议与方法。 针对加热器回风口和方箱是噪声向外辐射的必经途径,本文主要从消声器消声设计、方箱隔声设计两个方面出发,探讨了不改变加热器结构的降低噪声方法。经试验验证,所采用的降噪措施使加热器各频带的声压级都有了一定程度的降低,尤其是在人耳最敏感的1000Hz处下降了4.1dB,并使回风口的噪声有了明显减小。所以,降噪措施是成功的。 通过此次研究,较好地解决了QN700型汽车燃油空气加热器的噪声问题,并为同类产品的噪声控制提供了思路。
【Abstract】 The noise caused by vehicles is the chief source of noise in the city, which affects the people’s life severely.As a heating equipment for coach in winter, the air fuel fired heater has been adopted largely, which inevitably causes some noise. To meet the need for the environment protection and the full comfort, some studies on how to reduce the noise seem to be very necessary to do. This will be dealt with in this paper.The discrimination for noise source from QN700 indicates: the fan noise(625Hz), the electromagnetism noise(962Hz) and the burning noise are the main noise sources. Then, some proposals and methods are brought forward on the analysis of the causes of these kinds of noise.Seeing that the noise radiates through the inlet of air and iron box, a silencer for the inlet and a rectangular enclosure are designed. The results of the experiments indicate: the measures are very effective to have the noise pressure level of band reduced, especially in the 1000Hz where it is decreased by 4.1dB, and the same is to reduce the noise level from the inlet of air. Therefore, the measures can be considered successful.Through the study, the noise of QN700 air fuel fired heaters is solved radically, and the route is offered to settle the noise control of this type of equipment.
