大客车操纵稳定性动力学模型研究

【摘要】 针对国产大客车进行结构和动力学分析,并结合对客车中乘员相对侧倾运动的分析研究,在五自由度货车模型的基础上建立了六自由度、七自由度、九自由度、(5+n)自由度的客车操纵稳定性动力学模型。在MATLAB环境中编制了相应的计算机仿真软件,通过仿真结果与路上试验结果的对比分析,确定了最适合研究大客车操纵稳定性的客车模型。并讨论了横向稳定杆角刚度变化、重心位置变化对大客车操纵稳定性的影响。探讨了客车载荷与货车和轿车的差异,考虑了乘员相对侧倾运动对操纵稳定性的影响。
【Abstract】 By analyzing the structure and dynamics characteristics of coach-bus, analyzing and researching the relative roll movement of passengers, basing on the five-degree of freedom truck dynamics model, six-degree, seven-degree, nine-degree, (5+n) degree of freedom coach-bus dynamics models are founded for the coach-bus. The paper develops computer simulating software for each model with MATLAB language. By comparing and analyzing the simulated result from the software and the result of experiments on the road, the dynamics model is ascertained which is best adapted to studying the maneuverability and stability of the high-speed coach-bus. The influence analysis is achieved for maneuverability and stability of the coach-bus while the angel stiffness of it’s lateral stable pole or the position of gravity center is changing. The paper discusses the difference between coach-bus load and truck’s or car’s, considers the influence of maneuverability and stability of the relative roll movement of passengers.
