智能双面动平衡机系统研究

【摘要】 刚性转子的旋转轴线如果与其中心主惯性轴不重合,则此转子是不平衡的,不平衡将会在轴承上产生周期性惯性力,引起振动,甚至损坏机器设备。因此,平衡技术是制约机械工业发展的关键技术之一,动平衡机的研究对工业技术水平的发展具有重要的理论和实际意义。硬支承动平衡机由于其明显的优越性,已逐渐成为动平衡机发展的主流。本文以卧式双面硬支承动平衡机系统为研究对象,论述了动平衡技术的历史、现状和发展趋势,以及动平衡机的结构。推导了双面硬支承动平衡机的两种力学解算方法:影响系数法和A-B-C法,提出将影响系数法应用于硬支承动平衡机,并设计了基于影响系数法的测量软件。推导了双面平衡转子的振动方程,分析了硬支承动平衡机的支架非线性误差对振动幅值与相位的影响,并绘制了关系曲线。阐述了弹性元件的设计方法和振动系统参数的选择方法。本文提出了动平衡机电测系统的新的实现方案,设计研制了智能双面动平衡机电测系统,该系统克服了以往动平衡机实时性和抗干扰性差的缺点,本文介绍了其硬件构成、测量原理,并分别设计了上、下位机的软件。针对动平衡机的工作环境恶劣和复杂,干扰严重的特点,采用了软件抗干扰技术,本文详细论述了软件冗余、软件陷阱、“Watchdog”和故障自动恢复处理等技术原理和程序设计方法。实验证明本文研究的动平衡机操作简便,平衡精度较高,能够满足生产实际双面平衡测试的需求,具有较好的实用价值和市场前景。

【Abstract】 Rigid rotor is unbalancing if its axis of rotation is not uniform with its central principal inertia axis,. Unbalance imposes cyclic forces on bearings and shafts, producing vibaration, even damaging machinery. So, balancing technology is one of keys of machine industry development, research of dynamic balance machine has important significance to improvement of industry technology level on both theory and practice.Hard bearing balancing machine has gradually become mainstream of development of dynamic balancing machine because of its obvious advantage. To horizontal two-plane hard bearing balancing machine, this dissertation describes history , actuality and current of dynamic balancing technology as well as typical structure of balancing machine. Two methods of mechanics computation that is influence coefficient method and A-B-C method is detailedly deduced.. Influence coefficient method is applied in measuring system and software about it is designed. Vibration equation of two-plane balancing rotor is derived. Non-linear error of bearing support of hard bearing balancing machine is analysed and relation curve is presented. Design method of elasticity component is expatiated as well as parameter select of vibaration system. New scheme of electric measuring system of intelligent two-plane balancing machine is presented. this scheme overcomes the flaw of many balancing machine and have better performance in anti-jamming and real-time. Its hardware construction and measuring principle is introduced , the software of lower computer and upper computer is designed. To abominable and complicated work condition of dynamic balancing machine and serious jamming, software anti-jamming technology is adopted. Principle of software redundance, software hook, "watchdog" and auto-resume from malfunction is detailedly described and program is designed. Experiments prove this balancing machine is easy to be operated with comparatively higher balance quality and can meet practical requirment of two-plane balancing measuring. Consequently, this machine has better practical value and market foreground.
