【摘要】 在当前竞争激烈、需求变化非常迅速的市场环境下，传统的家具制造业正在发生变革，目前多数家具企业的工业化生产已经具备相当的规模，少数企业已经实现了半自动化、自动化生产。家具制造业要在新的形势下生存发展，从设计、生产、销售到管理都要逐步实现信息化。在我国的家具业的重点龙头企业进行企业信息集成化建设，是迫在眉睫的，这将关系到我国未来家具业在世界市场竞争中生存还是灭亡的关键性问题。本文的研究工作是在根据制造行业信息化建设的基础上，研究离散型企业实施信息化建设的成功经验和失败教训，用系统的观点，从实用的角度，提出家具企业信息集成化建设整体解决方案。本文主要做了以下几方面研究工作：①在分析信息化含义和内容的基础上，进而研究了家具企业信息化建设的现状和存在问题，论述了我国家具企业实施信息化建设的重要意义。②从系统的观点出发，根据制造企业信息化建设的实际，分析了企业信息化建设应遵循的一些原则，并以光明家具公司为研究和实施对象提出了家具制造企业制造信息系统总体解决方案及系统功能模型。③给出了家具产品工艺流程和家具产品工艺设计的基本理论，研究了家具系列产品设计与制造信息的集成，并开发了家具工艺设计系统FCAPP，进行了需求分析、概要设计、详细设计和数据库设计等。该系统能够在完成产品工艺设计的基础上，自动完成工艺信息的汇总和输出相关的工艺文件。④研究了家具CAD/CAPP系统与家具ERP系统集成的方法，并开发了重庆大学FCAD/FCAPP软件和利玛ERP家具专业版软件的接口，实现了家具企业产品设计信息和管理信息数据的共享和集成。更多还原

【Abstract】 With intense completion and the great and various demands in the market, the traditional furniture manufacturing industry is undergoing a transform. At present, most of furniture enterprises have made great strides in industrialized production, and a few of them have realized semi-automation or automation. In order to gain upper hand and keep developing under such new completing circumstances, the furniture manufacturing industry need to realize the informationalization from designing, producing, selling to management. It is extremely urgent to construct an integrated information system in the key furniture manufacturing enterprises in our country, which will be an important determinant in the future existence of these enterprises.This paper based on the construction of information system, delves into the successful and unprofitable experiences of the discrete enterprises to give of a practical program for building integrated information system in furniture manufacturing industry.This paper does some researches on the following aspects:①According to the analysis of connotation and content of the "informationalization", it discusses the present situation and existing problems in the construction of information system in furniture industry. Moreover, it points out the profound importance of implementing the information system in furniture industry.②From a systematical point of view, it summarizes the principles that industry should abide by in the course of the construction of the informationalization. And in addition, combined with a practical example of GuangMing Furniture Company, it maps out a plan for the construction of the manufacturing information system in the furniture industry and establishes a systematical function model.③It gives of the basic theory in the process planning and the flow of process planning, and explores the information integration of the product design and manufacture. Furthermore, it develops the FCAPP-the furniture process planning system, according to demand analysis, outline design, detailed design, database design and etc. This system, on the one hand, has the ability to complete the product process planning, and on the other hand, collects and disposes the related technological information automatically.④It puts forward the means of the integration of the CAD/CAPP system and the ERP system for the furniture industry. In addition, it develops the interface between FCAD/FCAPP system of ChongQing University and the system of the specialized edition<WP=6>of LiMa ERP.
