平面包络环面蜗杆制造误差的分布式检测分析系统

【摘要】 随着平面包络环面蜗杆应用的日益广泛,对其制造加工误差进行方便快捷、较高精度的检测也显得越来越重要。由于平面包络环面蜗杆齿面比较复杂,其齿形、齿距、齿厚各不相等,因而关于它的制造误差检测也比较复杂。目前国内外关于其形面的检测一般是借助于通用三坐标测量机或按“装配式”检测原理(即测量状态与加工状态一致的原理)设计专用量仪进行的,一直没有十分成熟的专门产品问世。因而,蜗杆制造误差的检测一直没能真正解决。本文针对现状制作了一套分布式的检测分析系统,该系统分上位机和下位机两部分。下位机是硬件集成电路,利用重庆大学张光辉教授、彭东林教授的发明专利“计算机对脉冲信号的细分与辨向新方法”,附加频率极高的外部插入脉冲,结合软件构成按时间均匀分度的辅助标尺,实现动态测量过程中采样点的实时细分,最终完成数据采集任务;上位机主要是软件部分,利用PC机接收下位机的采集数据并进行分析处理,得出检测结果。软件采用了较为流行的高级编程语言Visual Basic6.0专门开发,人机交互界面友好,操作简单。该系统在上下位机的数据传输中,摒弃了低速、低效的串行通讯,而改用打印口,实现了高速、高效的并行通讯,并且选用了并口的ECP(Extended Capabilities Port,扩展功能接口)模式,可以根据外设的实际传输能力自动调整传输速度,实现任意速度的数据通讯。在实验过程中,针对现有圆光栅编码器输出波形为正弦波,设计了正弦波转为方波的硬件集成电路,取得了很好的效果;制作了下位单片机系统的PCB板;最后利用HP 33120A信号发生器,对其发出的信号进行实时采集,给出了实验结果并加以分析。
【Abstract】 With the increasingly extensive application of the planar enveloping hourglass worm gearing, it becomes more important to rapid detection and high precision of the manufacture error .The surface of the planar enveloping worm gearing is complicate, and current domestic and international examination concerning its form generally is recur to the general three dimension measure apparatus or the special measure apparatus according to "the type of assemble" principle designed. Therefore, the examination of the manufacture errors has not real been solved.This thesis advances a set of distributed examination analysis system, this system is separated into the chip module and the PC module. The primary aim of the single chip microcomputer circuit of this project is data collecting, it applied the invention monopoly of professor Zhang Guanghui and professor Peng Donglin of Chongqing university, make use of the high frequency inserted pulse, and join together the software to constitute subsidiary calibration distributed on equal time, complete the task of on-line subdivision in the dynamic measure process, finally up pass the data to PC, PC handle it and get examination result. The software adopts the popular program language Visual Basic6.0. The interface is amity, and the operation is simple. The system abandons the serial communication that is low speed and low effect, but change to use the printing port, realizes the high speed, efficient parallel communication, further more choose to use to the ECP (Extended Capabilities Port,) mode of parallel communication. According to the outside physical transfer ability, this mode can automatic adjust the transfer speed, and realize the data communication with the arbitrary speed.In experiment process, aim at the current rotary encoders output is not TTL wave type, the writer designs the hardware integrated circuit by that can turn the current wave into TTL wave, and it obtains the good result. Finally the thesis creates the PCB card of the chip module, and makes use of the HP signal occurrence apparatus 33120A finishing the on-line data collection, give out and analysis the experiment result.
