面向并行工程的供应商协同设计机理研究

【摘要】 产品作为生产与市场的结合点,既是企业参与市场竞争的物质载体,也是组织市场营销的主要依托。产品中大部分构成竞争力的要素,都是在产品的设计阶段确定的,所以产品设计是决定竞争力的最重要的阶段。论文以国内摩托车设计为工程应用背景,针对摩托车制造企业产品设计特点以及存在的问题,深入地分析国内外相关领域研究现状,充分利用已有研究成果,对面向并行工程的协同设计理论进行丰富,提出了面向并行工程的供应商协同设计方法,并初步建立一个摩托车协同设计系统的框架模型。论文研究内容以及成果如下:1、论文对并行工程和协同设计的产生背景、研究现状作了全面的分析,指出产品的异地协同设计是产品并行工程的内在要求,是设计理论自身的发展趋势;同时产品的并行开发也是协同产品开发的重要组成部分,是协同设计的必然要求。并行工程和协同设计已经利用对方优势来发展、扩充自身理论,彼此逐渐融会贯通。同时指出面向并行工程的协同设计包括两方面的含义:面向并行工程的设计思想和基于网络的协同设计。2、论文对协同产品商务的产品背景、研究现状作了全面的分析,指出协同产品商务是基于协同进行产品开发的一种管理理念和技术实现体系,同时它也是客观需求、管理理念以及IT工具在协同、产品、商务三个方面不断发展、演变和相互渗透融合而出现的一种归一化方案。同时论文把协同产品商务理念融入面向并行工程的协同设计思想中,提出了面向并行工程的供应商协同设计方法,然后在该方法的指导下,建立了基于产品开发域的产品开发方法。3、论文对对协同设计平台、设计环境的建设、系统开发方法以及合作伙伴的选择进行了详细阐述,建立了协同设计的框架体系和机构模型。然后以某摩托车制造企业为例,将该模型应用于实际,并充分考虑该企业的实际情况,建立了一个摩托车的协同产品设计系统。论文的最终研究目的是提高国内摩托车制造行业在经济全球化形势下的市场竞争力。课题学术意义和工程应用价值在于丰富和完善机械设计学科的系列产品设计理论,缩短机械产品开发周期,提高产品设计质量,降低产品开发成本,提高快速响应市场的能力。
【Abstract】 As the junction point of manufacturing and market,product is not only the material carrier of the enterprises to take the market competitions,but also the main support to organize the marketing.And the main competitive elements in products lie on product design.So product design is the most important phase that improves competition.This paper takes motorcycle design as an example.According to characteristics and problem of product design in motorcycle manufacturing corporations,the author analyses the research of relative areas at home and abroad deeply.And the author presents the method of collaborative design oriented concurrent engineering with suppliers, and constructs a framework of collaborative design system,which enrich the theory of collaborative design oriented concurrent engineering.The related researches and conclusions are as follow.1.This paper describes the context and research actuality of concurrent engineering and collaborative design,and then points out that collaborative design is the inherent requirement of concurrent engineering and the trend of design theory development.And the paper indicates that concurrent development is the important part of cooperative products development,and it is the requirement of collaborative design.Concurrent engineering and collaborative design have been taking advantages of each other and combined together.This paper points out the collaborative design oriented concurrent engineering includes two meanings.One is the design idea oriented concurrent engineering,the other is collaborative design based on web.2.This paper makes a general analysis of the context and research actuality of cooperative product commerce (CPC),and then points out that CPC is a kind of management idea and technical realization system based on cooperative product development,and it is a normalized method which comes out of the development ,change and introjection of external demand,management idea and IT tools in the aspects of cooperation,products and commerce.The paper combines CPC idea with collaborative design oriented concurrent engineering,and presents collaborative design method oriented concurrent engineering with suppliers,by which the author establishes the method of product development based on product development domain.3.This paper describes the platform of collaborative design, the foundation of<WP=6>design environment,system development methods and the choosing of cooperation associates,and then constructs the framework and model of collaborative design system.The paper applies the framework and model into a motorcycle manufacturing corporation,and establishes a collaborative design system under considering the practice of the motorcycle corporation sufficiently.The main efforts of this dissertation are improving competition in mechanical product market with the trend of globalization of economy.The main contribution of this dissertation are as following.It can enrich and perfect theory of product family design for mechanism,shorten mechanical product development period,improve product design quality,enhance ability of rapid response to market.
