带饱和电感的移相控制零电压开关全桥变换器的研究

【摘要】 为了使开关电源在高频下高效率地运行,国内外电力电子界和电源技术界自70年代以来,不断研究开发高频软开关技术。其中,移相控制零电压开关脉宽调制DC/DC全桥变换器在大容量领域很有竞争力,但它具有实现零电压开关负载范围小,循环能量大等限制,带饱和电感的移相控制零电压开关全桥变换器利用饱和电感的临界饱和电流特性及储能,来扩大零电压开关(ZVS)的负载范围,提高轻载时的输出效率,具有非常重要的研究价值。论文对带饱和电感的移相控制零电压开关全桥变换器进行了深入的研究。本论文研究的主要内容如下: 论文在分析移相控制零电压开关全桥变换器工作原理的基础上,对带饱和电感的移相控制零电压开关全桥变换器的暂态工作过程进行了研究,并对它们之间的特点进行对比,仿真验证了上述理论分析。 论文在对变换器暂态工作过程研究的基础上,给出了软开关谐振参数设计和变换器超前桥臂、滞后桥臂的死区时间设置范围,仿真验证了设计的有效。 论文通过分析移相控制方式和高频变压器一次侧的饱和电感对高频变压器二次侧方波电压占空比的影响,在buck变换器小型号模型的基础上建立了带饱和电感的移相控制零电压开关全桥变换器的小信号模型,推导出控制到输出的小信号传递函数。 最后,完成了变换器的控制系统设计,并仿真验证。

【Abstract】 In order to make the switching power supply operate with high efficiency and high frequency, since 1970s, soft switching technology is continually researched and developed by domestic and abroad power electronic fields and power supply technology fields. Among them, phase shifted (PS) full bridge (FB) zero-voltage-switched (ZVS) pulse-width-modulated (PWM) DC/DC converter has strong competitive power in big power capacity fields. But it has some limitations such as smaller load range with ZVS and larger circulation energy. The PS-FB-ZVS-PWM DC/DC converter with a saturable inductor utilizes saturable inductor s critical saturable current characteristic and storage energy, to enlarge load range with ZVS and improve output efficiency under light load. It has very important research worth In this thesis, The PS- FB-ZVS PWM DC/DC converter with a saturable inductor is deeply studied in detail. The following is the main point:Based on the operation principle of the PS-FB-ZVS-PWM DC/DC converter, the thesis researches the transient operation of the PS-FB-ZVS-PWM DC/DC converter with a saturable inductor, and comprises the characteristic between them, and verify theory analysis above by computer simulations.According to the research of the converter s transient operation, the thesis presents the design of the resonant parameters and the dead-time setting range of the converters lead leg and lag leg, and I is confirmed by simulation.The thesis analyses the effect of phase shift control and the utilization of the transformers primary sides saturable inductor to the transformers secondary sides voltage duty cycle, and basic on the buck converter s small signal ac model the converter s model is deserved, and infers control to output transfer function.Finally, performances converter s control system design, and simulates to verify it.
