【摘要】 目前，对中国的森林公园资源保护法治的研究在环境与资源保护法学领域尚属无人涉猎的空白地带。 本文首先通过对森林公园的自然性质的介绍及其在自然保护系统中的地位与作用的分析，明确了森林公园资源保护法律调整的对象与意义。在此基础上，笔者针对我国森林公园法律建设的理念提出相对较晚，与之配套的法律体系尚不健全的现实情况，对我国的某些森林公园进行了实地的调查研究，取得了第一手的问卷调查表，并依其结果叙述了我围的森林公园资源保护立法与行政执法工作的现状，进而着重分析了这两大环节中存在的显著问题。为了切实地解决问题，笔者用相当的篇幅介绍了加拿大、美国、日本、德国等国家公园资源法治管理的历史与经验，为我国的相关工作提供了借鉴依据。最后，为推进我国森林公园资源保护法治化进程，针对其立法与行政执法工作，提出了较具体的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, the area of constitutional management of resource protection on forest park is one of study fields there is hardly researcher.In this paper, author introduced firstly natural characters of forest parks and analyzed their role and effect in nature protection system from which we can learn the adjusted target and significance of forest park law about resources protection. In addition, having made many survey and studies in re evant departments and areas, author got the precious first-hand materials about theme of the paper .By analyzing the materials, author found some problems in legislation and the decision-making and executive processing. For coping with these problems, author introduced the histories and experiences of Canada,America, Japan and Germany which offer the references of resources conservation for China on forest park.For quickening the constitutional process of resources protection on forest parks, author puts forward some concrete suggestions and approaches,,更多还原
