【摘要】 随着信息时代的到来和城市化的加剧，城市绿地系统规划工作呈现出了一系列的新特点：绿地系统的规划与建设的范围已由传统园林学的层次扩展到宏观的城乡一体化甚至是大地化、国土化的范畴。初具规模的城市绿地系统建设工作正面临全球信息化的挑战，因此有必要运用新兴的先进科技对绿地系统的规划和管理进行技术创新，以适应时代发展的需求。以地理信息系统为主体的计算机技术大大提高了人们对空间信息的处理能力，为城市绿地系统规划领域带来巨大的变革。本文在深入研究城市绿地系统理论及其发展趋势的前提下，结合城市绿地规划工作的具体实践，以计算机技术特别是遥感(RS)和地理信息系统(GIS)技术为支持，探索构建了哈尔滨市绿地信息管理系统。本文详细介绍了系统建立的全过程，包括系统的功能、特点以及实际的应用价值等，并以此系统的开发和应用为例，探讨了绿地信息管理系统的开发模式、空间数据库的建立、应用模形库的研建等核心问题，为城市绿地系统规划工作向着现代化、规范化发展做了初步的尝试，也为促进城市绿地系统编制朝着科学化方向发展提供了新的途经。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the acceleration of urbanizing process and the coming of informational era, the urban green system planning takes on many new features. The area of urban green system planning has combined the urban area with the country area, which had been in the scope of traditional gardening, especially, expended to the area of the whole nation. The green system planning has to face the problem of the whole earth and the informational era. So some newly and advanced technology is needed to accommodating the new circumstance. The technology of CIS has enhanced the ability to manage urban information, which takes the revolution in the fields. In this paper, we try to establish the urban green management information system of Harbin by deeply studied the theory of green system and the developing way in the future, combined with practicing, and applied computer techniques, especially, CIS and RS. This paper also gives a detailed introduce of the whole establishing processes, the function, the characteristics and application of this management information system, discusses the mode of planning information system, the establishment of the data bank and the model bank, which will promote the development of urban green system in the future.更多还原
