工艺数字化系统中多工艺方案的评价

【摘要】 本课题旨在开发工艺数字化系统中的工艺方案评价子系统,该系统用以对工艺规划初期的工艺方案进行技术经济评价。 工艺方案是零件加工的工艺基础,对零件的生产制造过程起指导性作用,决定着零件的生产率和制造成本。从机械制造的角度考虑,拟定一个零件的加工工艺路线及加工方法并非唯一,不同工艺设计原则会导致不同的工艺方案。随着市场竞争的日益激烈,多工艺方案的评价已成为工艺决策的主要任务之一。 本文以工艺方案的时间与成本作为评价指标,对工艺方案进行了定量评价。在工艺方案工时的计算过程中,针对大批量生产和单件小批生产的不同特点,使用不同的计算方法计算工序工时。提出了适用于具用少量工艺信息的工艺方案工时的估算方法——“原型工时法”,并论述了该方法的理论基础和基本原理。对于工艺成本指标的计算,本文介绍了一种区别于通常的工艺成本的计算方法——“机床台时法”,这种方法预先按机床折算单位时间的使用成本,然后再根据零件工序的用时,计算成本。对工艺方案进行综合评价时,本文使用了模糊评价方法,成功的将不具有可比性的生产成本和生产率指标,转化为具有相同量纲的指标值,并根据两指标值对工艺方案作出最终的评价。 该系统的开发以上述内容为理论基础,使用了Dephi程序设计语言和Access数据库,设计了优良的用户使用界面,实现了对数据库的合理调用,比较好的完成了工艺方案的评价任务。 本文主要解决了工艺方案的技术经济评价问题,利用数据库实现了子系统与工艺数字化系统的信息共享和无缝连接,计算了工艺方案的工时和成本指标,对多工艺方案进行了选优评价,不仅为下层的生产制造提供了可靠的保证,而且为上层的工艺设计提供信息反馈,对工艺管理的数字化做出了一定的贡献。
【Abstract】 This subject is aimed at developing the evaluation subsystem of process plan in the Process Digitalization System. This system is carried on the technology economic assessment of process plan at the early stage of process scheme.The process plan is the technology foundation of part machining, and takes guidance for the part manufacture, and decides the productivity and the manufacturing cost of the part. In the view of machine manufacture, drawing up the process route and process method of part is not solely, and the different technological design principles can lead to different process plan. The person-machine-tool-part systems that these process plans specifies can all guarantee the part quality, but the different process plan can make different benefit, consume different labor, and attain different outcome. With the intensive market competition, the evaluation of alternative process plan has become one of primary mission of technology decision.This paper uses time and cost as the assessment index to make quantity appraise of the process plan. In the course of calculating process plan working time, it uses different methods to calculate process time in large quantities production or small scale production being counted with their characteristic. The method of estimating process time - " prototype working hours" is put forward, which is suitable for the process plan with a small amount of technology information. Its theory foundation and basic principle is also mentioned. As for the calculation of technology cost, this paper introduces the computational method which distinguishes with ordinary computational method of process cost - " unit time cost of machine ", this kind of method calculate the per hour machine cost, and according to the operation time calculate the operation cost. In carrying on the comprehensive evaluation, this paper uses the fuzzy evaluation method to convert theproductivity and the manufacturing cost which cannot be compared into theindexes which have identical dimension. And it makes the final evaluation to the process plan by this two indexes.This system is based on the elemental theories introduced by the upward, using Delphi programming language and Access database, and designs the friendly user interface, and realizes reasonably calling, and is accomplished the evaluation assignment of the process plan .The thesis is chiefly solved the technology and economic assessment question of process plan, and uses the database technique to realize information sharing and the seamless connection between this subsystem and Process Digitalization System. The article calculates the time and the cost of process plan, and selects the most excellent process plan among many process plans, not only makes and provides the reliable guaranty for lower level - manufacture, but also provides the information feedback for upper level - the process design, makes some contribution to the Process Management Digitalization.
