MLW—15000型微机控制锚链拉力试验机电液伺服控制系统的研制

【摘要】 锚链拉力试验机是大型的电焊锚链生产检测设备,是锚链生产厂家必备的设备之一。目前国内外造船业的蓬勃发展,市场对大规格及超大规格船用锚链的需求日益增长。为了适应生产的发展,因此锚链生产厂家要求研制能用于超大规格锚链拉力及拉断试验的锚链拉力试验机。本文根据用户提出的具体技术指标结合目前国内外材料试验机控制系统的技术现状,提出了“MLW-15000微机控制卧式锚链拉力试验机电液伺服控制系统”这一课题。 国内外材料试验机主要采用电液伺服控制系统,存在能耗大、温升、成本高、维护困难等问题;另外也有采用电液比例控制方案的,但系统的控制精度和稳定性不好。对于锚链拉力试验机这种大惯量、大弹性、变刚度负载的系统,一般的控制系统都不太适合。基于这种情况,本课题提出了基于负载自适应的流量伺服阀和电液比例溢流阀双阀反馈补偿控制方案。采用整合了一种自主开发的基于ISA总线的高性能、低成本的全数字式PC控制器的上下位机结构的试验机控制器,使试验机各项技术指标均达到国际先进水平。 全文分六章。 第一章阐述了研究意义以及目前国内外材料试验机技术现状,介绍了材料试验机的基本组成及应用场合,分析了材料试验机的主要特点、典型控制方案和目前存在的问题,最后提出了作者的研究内容及任务。 第二章介绍了锚链拉力试验机的特点,电液控制系统的原理及总体设计方案,详细介绍了本课题研究开发电液控制系统及电控系统。 第三章给出了锚链拉力试验机电液控制系统的数学模型,并针对不同的负载类型,对试验力控制系统、位置控制系统进行了详细的理论分析及计算机仿真,并对理论分析和仿真结果作了讨论和总结。 第四章给出了双阀反馈补偿控制系统模型,进行了控制方法的研究及计算机仿真。 第五章介绍了本课题的实验及结果,大量的实验证明,本课题的设计方案是完善而先进的。 第六章对课题进行了总结和展望,给出了论文的研究成果,指出了进一步研究方向。
【Abstract】 Anchor chains tension tester is the testing equipment of. It is the equipment that the manufacturer of the electric welding anchor chains must have possession. These days, the requirement of large and super standard anchor chains at domestic and oversea market is rising. For this reason, the manufacturer of the anchor chains is hope to develop anchor chain tensbn tester. Based on studies on current developments of the material testing machine control system, a new project about Electro-hydraulic Servo Control System of MLW-15000 Horizontal Anchor Chains Tension Tester is proposed.In order to solve the problems that large energy consumption, temperature variation, high, cost trouble maintenance in current electro-hydraulic servo control system for material testing machine, and solve the problems of low accuracy and stability in current electro-hydraulic proportional control system. As a large inertia, large elasticity and variable load control system, all the currently control systems is not fitting the anchor chains tension tester. So a new design scheme about double valve compensation feedback control system based on adaptive load is proposed. The system uses a high quality and low cost digital PC controller based on ISA bus as the controller of the anchor chains tension tester. The level of all performance indexes of the Electro-hydraulic Servo Control System of MLW-15000 Horizontal Anchor Chains Tension Tester has been exceeded the foreign advanced products.The thesis includes six chapters.Chapter 1 is an exordium. The current development of material testing machine is expounded. The basic component and application of material testing machine are introduced. Main characteristics and several typical design schemes of material testing machine are analyzed. At last part of the chapter, the research task of the overall thesis is proposed.In chapter 2, introducing the specialty of the anchor chains tension tester and the design scheme of the electro-hydraulic servo control system at first. And then electro-hydraulic control system and electronic controllerdesign method are presented in detail.In chapter 3, the mathematics model about electro-hydraulic servo control system of anchor chains tension tester is proposed. The digital simulation and theoretical analysis of load control system and position control system are discussed according to various load type.In chapter 4, the mathematics model about double valve compensation feedback is presented in detail. We have proved the control method is useful through researching and computer simulation.In Chapter 6, the experiments and results of the project are given. The results proved that the design scheme is successful and advanced.Chapter 8 is the final chapter of this thesis, and all the research contents are summarized, and a prospect about further studies is given.
