二元天然工质回热式逆向布雷顿循环的理论分析和实验研究

【摘要】 环保和节能对人类生存和发展有着非常重要的意义。本文首次尝试了由天然工质组成的二元非共沸混合物应用于回热式逆向布雷顿循环,并对其进行了理论和实验的分析和研究: 1、首先本文综述了逆向布雷顿循环、制冷剂替代、涡旋式膨胀机的发展历史及国内外研究现状,并在此基础上提出了二元回热式逆向布雷顿循环; 2、利用RKS方程对异丁烷和二氧化碳的混合物进行了汽液相平衡和热力性质的计算,编制了适用于有相变的逆向布雷顿循环的计算程序,且该程序有着足够的精度; 3、理论上探讨了各个循环参数对回热式逆向布雷顿循环的影响; 4、建立了研究异丁烷安全性的实验台,对二氧化碳对异丁烷的阻燃作用进行了研究; 5、建立了回热式逆向布雷顿制冷循环的实验台并进行了实验,验证了理论分析的结果; 6、对此系统的进一步研究作了一定的展望。

【Abstract】 It is significant for people’s existing and development to protect environments and save energy. This thesis proposed for the first time the Reverse-Brayton cycle that uses binary natural refrigerants and liquid-suction heat exchanger and the system were studied both in theory and in experiment.1 . The historical development of Reverse-Brayton cycle , refrigerant alternatives, scroll expander and their current studies at home and abroad were reviewed. Due to these, Brayton cycle with binary natural refrigerants and liquid-suction heat exchanger was put forward;2. Using the RKS equation of gas state, the vapor-liquid equilibrium of iC4H10/C02 binary system and its thermodynamic properties were calculated. Additionally, a set of program is precisely designed and is applicable to Reverse-Brayton cycle with phase-transition;3. The impacts of many parameters on system cycle are studied;4. An experimental apparatus was set up, which can study the flammability of iC4H10;5. A set of apparatus that can study the Reverse-Brayton cycle and carried out many experiments were put up. The experimental results verified the theory prospects;6. At last, some suggestion about the system’s further research was proposed.
