330MW对冲燃烧锅炉炉内过程数值模拟

【摘要】 锅炉在我国应用较早,旋流燃烧器也早在50年代开始使用。在80年代后期,我国引进了美国B&W公司的对冲燃烧锅炉和漩流燃烧器的技术。它给我们带来了很多新的设计思想,如喷水减温器和烟气挡板结合,是锅炉运行简单,新的旋流燃烧器提高了锅炉效率,调节方便,炉膛出口盐纹偏差减少,同时对减低污染排放有一定的好处。但美国技术不一定完全适应中国,这需要我们的研究人员去理解和完善工作,这也在一定程度上阻碍了锅炉技术的发展。特别是燃烧劣质煤的大容量机组,针对性的实验和数值计算都不多,很多问题没有被完全认识。 对冲燃烧锅炉有着自身的特点,对其性能和运行情况的了解是本文的一项重要工作。数值计算是计算机辅助优化数值试验的重要环节之一,也是本文的重点之一。本文从理论和部分运行数据上运用计算机辅助优化数值试验原理和方法并且采用商业软件FLUNET针对对冲锅炉的流场进行了初步的探讨。同时对温度场、颗粒场以及污染物生成也进行了一定的研究。并对计算方法有了初步的认识。本人对实际运行的330MW锅炉的不同运行负荷进行了流场计算,在BMCR工况和VP55%两个工况下对温度场、颗粒场以及污染物进行了研究并与部分运行数据进行了对比,对理论进行了验证和延伸。结果比较满意。

【Abstract】 Opposed firing boiler is applied in China early and swirl burner is used in 1950s too. The technology of opposed and swirl of America is taken in the early of 1986. Accompanied with B&W’s technology is introduced. It brings a great number of new design idea. Such as the method of control steam temperature is accompanied by the combination of Attemperator and gas damper. It is easy to operate and get high efficiency and make adjust flexible and decrease the deviation of the furnace exit gas temperature, at the same time ,it is useful to make pollution lower. But it is not all of America technology to suit for Chinese Market, so it needs us to understand and ferfect.Otherwise, it would block the development of boiler. There are not more details of the test and the numerical for the opposed firing, especially for the large quantity boiler. So there are many questions to be studied completely.It is one of this works that research the performance and operating of Opposed firing boiler. Numerical simulation is dominating part of CAT, also the core of this work. This work which aims to get preliminary study for the opposed firing boiler is based on the principles and the part of operating data by using Computer Aided Test and software FLUENT. The varied loads of the 330MW boiler are calculated, and then compared with operating, both are conducted so as to validate theoretical simulation. The result is in accordance with the operating data well.
