常用抗运动性疲劳中药微量元素测定分析与研究

【摘要】 体育运动中运动疲劳常不可避免。人体的运动能力和运动后疲劳的消除与机能的恢复,影响着训练和运动水平的提高与比赛成绩。因此,采取有效措施消除和延缓疲劳,以提高运动员的机能水平,达到在竞争中取胜的目的成为研究热点。应用中药是抗运动性疲劳促进机能恢复的手段之一,由于中医药理论从整体观点出发对人体机能代谢进行整体性调节而具有优越性被国内外学者所重视。但中药对人体功能调节的作用机制方面,目前仍未得到合理解释。中药组成成分研究是一个方面,微量元素作为组成成分之一,也被广泛研究。目前认为,中药微量元素与药物归经有关。从中医“证”研究认为,不同病证存在不同的微量元素的丢失,由于中药对不同病证有治疗作用,因此,从“证”去研究中药微量元素的作用也是一种重要的研究手段。中医药微量元素研究迅速发展起来,成为一门新兴的边缘学科,有人称之为“中医药微量元素学”,也有人称之为“微量元素医学”。 本文对80年代末期以来研究抗运动性疲劳中药组方的有关文献进行归纳总结,搜集到常用组方中方药约53种,选择其中35种中药进行研究。研究的目的旨在了解常用抗运动性疲劳中药中微量元素的分布特点。本文采用原子吸收光谱法(AAS法)对其所含Ca、Mg、Cu、zn、Mn、Fe等微量元素进行含量测定,并对其中17种补虚类中药采用对应分析法进行统计分析。结果表明:从微量元素测定的数据上分析,大多数中药Ca、Mg含量较Fe、Cu、Mn、Zn高;17种常用抗运动性疲劳补虚药按其所含微量元素,可分为三类:一类包括杜仲、仙茅、仙灵脾、巴戟天、麦冬,与Mn具有相关性;二类包括人参、白术、黄芪、党参、熟地黄、当归、何首乌、锁阳、肉苁蓉,与Fe、Cu具有相关性;三类包括女贞子、鳖甲、枸杞,与Zn具有相关性。本文研究的意义是,从中医药理论探讨了常用抗运动性疲劳中药所含微量元素与中药药性间的关系,也为进一步研究这些中药微量元素与中药药理机制的关系奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 Sport fatigue can’t be avoid.The ability of sport and restore enginery has effect on improving of the lever of train and achieving of completion .So, it is a focus on study of what measure should be taken in order to relieve fatigue and get the win in completions. Trad. Ch. Medicine (TCM) is one of means to resist fatigue and stimulate restoring enginery.The way of study of TCM is conception of whole.TCM has the role of whole regulation,and this optimum is minded by researcher . But the mechanism of treatment by TCM have not been clear to present. The composition of TCM has significant influence on the phamacodynamics of TCM . Microelement as one of composition of TCM has been research widely and the research of the correspondence between the TCM and its content of the microelement Has become a dual discipline gradually.This article has summarized relevant documents since the late of 1980’s, and gathered 53 kinds of TCM which are used in the set prescription that has the role of resistant fatigue .35kinds of TCM are selected as subject of research .6 kinds of microelement in TCM, which is Calcium .Magnesium > Zinc , Copper , Iron , Manganese , is measured and 17 kinds of TCM which is prescription with tonic effect is analysised in statistics. AIM: This research is to find out distribution feature of microelement in TCM and the correspondence between the pharmacodynamics of TCM and microelement. WAY: The microelement is measured in the way of AAS. 17 kinds of TCM which is prescription with tonic effect is analysised in statistics, of which the way is correspondence analysis . RESULT :The content of Ca, Mg in most of TCM of resistant fatigue is more than the content of Fe, Zn, Mn, Cu .17kinds of TCM which is prescription with tonic effect can be classified into 3 groups .The I has relation with Mn .The !I has relation with Cu, Fe . The III has relation with Zn. MEANING: In this article, we research the correspondence between the microelement in TCM and the property of TCM in theory of TCM .And this is also a basic for researching relation between the microelement in TCM and the pharmacology machine of TCM.
