【摘要】 本文在知识经济的背景下，捕捉一个科学技术哲学、管理哲学、社会哲学相交叉的理论前沿论题——知识管理作为研究对象，在现代西方管理学家当中选择一个具有理论与实践双重品格的经验主义学派代表人物德鲁克作为切入点，对他的知识管理思想进行研究和探讨。 本文首先对知识管理的概念进行了界定，并对知识管理的本质作了较为深入的挖掘。在此基础上，对德鲁克的知识管理思想进行了尽可能客观、全面的介绍。本文重点是对德鲁克知识管理思想从管理科学、哲学层面特别是方法论等角度进行深入、细致的评析，同时也指出了德鲁克管理思想中存在的一些缺陷。最后，结合我国现代化建设的实际，从德鲁克知识管理思想及他本人对中国的看法谈了对中国特别是中国企业推进知识管理进程的启示和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the background of knowledge economy, this paper discusses knowledge management, an interdisciplinary frontier subject which includes philosophy of science and technology, management philosophy and social philosophy. This paper also investigates the knowledge management thoughts of Peter Drucker who is a leading figure of empiricist with double character of theory and practice among modern western managerialists.Firstly, mis paper defines the concept of knowledge management and does in-depth research to the essence of knowledge management Secondly, this paper gives an objective and overall introduction to Drucker’s knowledge management thoughts. The key point of mis paper is mat it carries on a thorough analytical review of Drucker’s knowledge management thoughts from management science, philosophy perspectives, and especially from methodology aspet This paper also points out the shortcomings of Drucker’s knowledge management thoughts. Finally, considering the reality of our country, we put forward suggestion on how to promote the application of knowledge management among Chinese enterprises.更多还原
