【摘要】 本课题是针对《四川警界》栏目的受控状况及其编辑实践所进行的个案研究和实证分析。本论文的核心观点是：以《四川警界》为例，论述公安专题栏目可以通过内部的编辑施控，达到与其所受外部控制的统一平衡，并由此获得生存与发展。 笔者通过调查研究，认识到全国公安专题电视栏目几乎都呈现出生存状况不容乐观的情景。笔者认为栏目所受的内外部严密控制是主因。正是因为这类电视栏目受控过严，使其所受束缚较大，难以在形式和内容上自由发挥，导致了栏目陷入说教的窘境。因此，笔者拟从控制分析的角度，以传播学和编辑学相关理论为指导，用内容分析方法对《四川警界》栏目做个案实证研究，最终探寻公安号题栏目的生存之道。本文主要分为五个部分(详见目录)，从栏目创立的背景、生存现状到对策研究，对本课题所涉及到的五个方面的主要内容分别进行了分析和论证，并得出相关结论。 本研究课题的主要特点是：笔者参与了《四川警界》栏目的创建、运行以及数期节目的编导和制作实践，从而能够在拥有大量第一手资料的基础上，对公安专题栏目进行实证分析。据了解，目前国内新闻界对“公安专题栏目的控制分析”尚无专门研究成果，因而笔者认为本研究课题在这一领域里有一定的独创性，同时具有一定的学术价值和实践指导作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 This research is a case study of the controls upon police feature Sichuan Police and the editing practice of this program. The author takes Sichuan Police as an example and argues that police programs are able to achieve balance with the controlling forces from outside by means of editing activities, thus survive and develop.After careful study, the author recognizes that similar police programs in China are faced with almost the same problem-striving to survive. The firm controls from outside and inside, the author holds, constitute the main causes. It is the firm controls that restrained the natural development of program in forms and contents, and led it to the present dilemma. Therefore, directed by relevant theories from study of communication and editing, the author is to recognize the program from the perspective of control analysis, with the purpose of exploring a way to survival for programs of this type. The methodology used is content analysis and field research. This essay consists of five parts, dwelling on the background of the program, its present dilemma and corresponding strategies. The essay comes to related conclusions after analysis and deduction to the four main aspects.As an initiator of Sichuan Police, the author has been taking part in the editing and production activities of this program, which put this research on the foundation of a lot of first-hand materials. Besides, the author found out that by now, no control analysis has ever been carried out to the police programs in China and this research proves to be original and valuable, both academically and practically.更多还原
