图形仿真加工系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 随着计算机技术的发展,计算机图形技术在机械制造领域得到了广泛的应用,图形仿真加工技术就是其最重要的应用之一。所谓图形仿真加工,就是遵循计算机图形学的基本原理,根据NC代码,在计算机上模拟显示机械加工的过程。图形仿真加工技术综合运用了计算机技术、图形图像技术、多媒体技术、软件工程、信息处理、自动控制等多个技术领域的知识,是一门新兴的高科技技术。它在减少损失、节约经费、缩短开发周期、提高产品质量等方面发挥了重大的作用。 在开发图形仿真系统的过程中,广泛使用Visual C++开发工具和OpenGL技术。作者在Visual C++中采用OpenGL三维实体建模技术,针对MNC—CXZ300型多功能数控机床,兼顾其它数控系统,开发了三维数控动态仿真加工系统。该系统能与制造学院CIMS(二)研究室开发的GAPT图形自动编程系统相集成,实现了自动编程和加工仿真的一体化。该课题主要完成了以下内容: (1)深入研究了OpenGL图形图像编程技术,采用面向对象的编程方法设计了OpenGL与Visual C++间的通用接口类CGL。 (2)以VC++为开发工具,设计了与GAPT图形自动编程系统的接口和NC代码编辑器,该编辑器可以对NC代码进行编辑与修改。 (3)深入研究了复杂曲面的仿真加工算法,设计出仿真加工模块,实现了车、铣、钻加工过程的三维仿真。采用OpenGL视图变换技术,实现了对图像的缩放、旋转和平移,以便对仿真过程进行仔细观察;采用OpenGL透明处理技术,解决了仿真时观察孔径和孔深的问题。 (4)设计帮助模块,方便用户使用。 该系统界面友好,使用方便,可移植性强,功能全,通用性好。可用于实际生产和数控教学与培训。适合我国国情,符合数控技术的最新发展方向。

【Abstract】 With the development of computers, the graphic technologies of computers have been greatly used in machine manufacturing, and the graphic simulating manufacturing has been one of the most important uses. The graphic simulating manufacturing is the technology that shows the process of machine manufacturing according to the NC program on the base of basic principle of computers graphics. The technology of graphic simulating manufacturing synthetically uses computer technologies, graphic technologies, multimedia technologies, software engineering, information processing technologies, and automatically controlling, it is a new and high technology. It has played a most important role in abridging the time of developing products, depressing the cost of manufacture, advancing the quality of products and the efficiency of production, and so on.In the course of developing the system of graphic simulating manufacturing, Visual C++ is the most used tool and the OpenGL is the most used technology. Aiming at the multifunctional NC machine MNC-CXZ300, and at the same time properly giving attentions to other NC machines, I have developed this 3D graphic simulating manufacturing system. This system is integrated with GAPT graphic automatic programming system, which realizes the combine of automatic programming and simulation of process. This thesis has mainly accomplished contents as follows:(1) Having researched deeply the technology of graphic programming by OpenGL, set the common class of CGL with the technology of OOP.(2) Having designed the NC editor and the interface with the GAPT system .The NC editor is used to edit NC program.(3) Having deeply researched the simulating manufacturing methods ofcomplicated faces. Having designed the simulating module, we can use the system to make 3D simulating of turning, milling, drilling into one. Having improved the simulating methods of turning thread, drilling holes, milling ellipse and manufacturing circles. The simulating manufacturing system can rotate, enlarge or deflate the graphics freely so that we can carefully observe the simulating.(4) The system help module has been designed. User can conveniently use it.This system has the characteristics of friendly interface, simple manipulation, good portability, all-round function and finer versatility. It not only can be used in work, but also in NC training. It fits the needs of our country and accord with the NC technique’s latest development direction.
