基于三层体系的分布式物流管理系统的研究与应用

【摘要】 物流管理是各物资流通部门数据管理的核心,它将计划、采购、销售以及物资调度、库存管理有机结合起来,对降低成本,减少库存积压、加速资金周转、保证生产顺利进行都有显著的效果和积极作用,目前已成为企业的重中之重,是先进制造技术的重要组成部分。随着网络经济的发展,企业的管理方式发生了变革,则要求相应的信息管理系统也要发生变化。企业物流系统所涉及的部门多,经营点和仓库地点分散,网络平台系统结构复杂,采用何种体系结构来开发物流信息管理系统,成为系统成功运行的基础。 近年来,随着计算机网络技术的发展,基于Internet/Intranet的三(多)层分布式计算应用系统成为了网络化信息处理的一个重要领域,为我们实现企业物流网络化管理提供了可选择的技术和方法。其主要特点是具有多层控制的结构,能支持更多的用户,有更强大的数字引擎,特别对于Internet机制有着更为廉价的系统维护成本。这对于企业物流信息的网络化管理具有重要的意义,并为企业最终走向电子商务提供了可能。 以此为背景,本课题系统结合MRPⅡ/ERP中先进管理思想采用分布式体系结构实现企业物流的网络化管理,从而充分利用计算机和网络的性能,将企业分散的经营结点组织起来,解决企业所面临的关键问题。主要研究工作和研究成果如下: 1、论述了分布式应用系统开发的相关技术,并为物流管理系统的开发提出了网络实现模型和数据交互、更新机制,及容错措施,从而为整个系统的开发提供了理论基础。 2、分析了企业的现状与需求,确定了系统的硬件网络拓朴结构和软件体系结构及开发环境,并建立了应用系统的设计目标,为整个应用系统的下一步设计提供了开发流程。 3、基于对企业工作流程的详细分析,建立了系统实现的功能模型和E/R模型,并实现了系统数据库的设计。在这一过程中利用层群码法和面群码法实现了企业信息资源的统一编码,从而为企业信息的规范化处理提供了数据依据。 4、按功能分割原则,将分布式应用系统的开发方法应用到物流管理的每一个流程,尤其对系统的核心部分应用服务器进行了详细设计,并对系统的安全性和执行效率进一步优化,从而最终实现了企业物流信息的分布式管理。 5.对系统的功能和性能进行了多方面测试,并给出了整个系统在企业网络环境中的正确运行实例,分析了为企业所带来的显著效益。
【Abstract】 Material Current Management is the core of data management in every material circulation department. BY combining with planning, purchase, selling, and shifting, inventory management organically, it has marked and positive effect on decreasing cost, reducing backlog, speeding up the turn of funds, guaranty production. It presently has become the most important one in the heavily part of the enterprise management and AMT. Following with the development of network economy, enterprise management has taken place many changes and the MIS should be changed with it. The architecture for the development is the foundation on which the material current management system can be running successfully because of the numerous circulation departments, scattered operation and inventory sites, and complicated structures of network system.Recently, following with the development of network technology, the distributed application based on Internet/Intranet and triple/Multi-tier system has become an important area for the network information processing and provides optional technology and method for us. Its core is to deal with the application in the way of delaminating. It backups more of user, more stronger data engine, more cheaper maintenance cost especially for Internet/Intranet mechanism which make network management for material current and e-commerce be possible.Based on these, the content of this thesis is to study how to utilize the development method of multi-tier application and advanced management in MRP II/ERP for material management system. The purpose is to make full use of the performance of computer and network, organize the scattered point and settle down the key problem of enterprise. Chief work and achievements of the thesis are as follows:1. Based on the discussion of relative technology for developing distributed application, the implementation model, disposal mechanism and fault-tolerant rule are offered, which provided theoretical basis for developing distributed material current management system.2. By analyzing the enterprise’s real status and demand, the network top structure and soft system structure are set up for implementation. Also, the design target and develop flow of the entire application are provided for next process.3. Based on analysis of the enterprise in detailed, data model, function model and database is offered for implementation, in which encode the information resources by the method of tier-cluster and surface-cluster and provided data basis for the implementation of application.4. By applying the method of developing distributed application to the every flow of material management, which is based on the rule of function division, especially designing the core of application-application server in detailed and getting further optimization to the performance such as security and efficiency, the final target is to realize distributed management for material current resources.5. Based testing from multi-sides, the application system can run correctly on the network and an example and the analysis of benefit is offered.
