基于工作流的产品质量检测管理系统开发与研究

【摘要】 随着经济全球化浪潮在新世纪的汹涌而来,我国制造业将面临着由此而产生的激烈市场竞争。推进制造企业信息化建设以及提高制造企业的质量管理水平已经成为企业发展壮大的基本方向。企业信息化建设为企业提高管理水平和降低生产成本、提高生产效率提供科学的手段;把质量管理纳入企业信息化的轨道是企业实施全面质量管理、以质量求生存、以质量求发展的必由之路。本文主要的研究内容是MIS系统在企业产品质量管理中的应用问题。 本项目是四川大学为电力系统开发的一套应用于电能计量表的质量检测数据管理的MIS软件。本项目的目的在于:首先,为该企业提供了一套符合其实际管理制度现状的产品质量检测数据管理信息系统;运用异构数据集成技术,应用系统实现了该企业的产品质量检测数据从分立的单机集成到网络整体的飞跃。其次,从该企业的现行不明晰的工作流程出发抽象出明晰确定的工作流模型,实现企业工作流程在计算机上的形式化描述并为其引入企业管理的解决方案,实现企业管理水平从自发管理向制度化管理的跨跃。最终,提高企业生产率,以信息化为手段和契机帮助企业在竞争中不断发展壮大。 应用系统的前台编程语言采用Powersoft公司的PowerBuilder,后台数据库为MS SQLServer7.0,采用适合于中小企业的C/S架构为开发模式。系统后台数据库运行在Windows NT Server4.0平台,前台工作站运行于Windows 98系统。 本系统的开发经历了项目可行性论证与系统分析,关系数据库设计和系统功能模块初步设计,整个开发过程分为系统功能模块设计,系统详细设计,第一期程序编码、第一期验收及试运行,代码维护和升级,系统维护等七个开发 四川大学硕士学位论文阶段。 本文从企业信息化建设的角度出发,以工作流的思想为基础,结合现代Mls技术,根据企业的具体生产经营情况并结合当前制造业的发展趋势以及国内中小企业信息化建设的现状,分析了企业目前内在的工作流模型及MIS系统在现代企业管理中的架构,设计了以质量管理为中心的管理信息系统,实现企业对产品质量全生命周期跟踪管理和部分决策自动化。并对企业级MIS系统的设计以及未来系统的改进与发展完善进行了详细的阐述。

【Abstract】 With the globalization wave of economy rising up and up in the new century, manufacturing of our country will be faced with drastic competition in the global market. Boosting informational constructing in manufacturing enterprises and advancing their quality management level have been becoming the base direction of their development. With informational constructing, Enterprises are given chances to enhance their management level and reduce the cost at the same time, in short, they improve productivity. Integrating quality’s management to informational constructing of enterprise is the only way through which enterprises implement all-around management of quality,survive with quality,develop on quality. The researchful context of this thesis mostly aims on problems about MIS in product quality management applied in enterprises.This project is a set of MIS software built by SiChuan University for electrical station of measure in order to manage the quality data of products. The purpose of project: Firstly, Building a management information system about product quality data of measuring for it’s proper management regulations; using technique of integration about different structure data, the system realized that integrating product quality data of measuring from single host computer to network. Secondly, through analyzing ambiguous work procedures of enterprise, figuring out it’s actual andcertain workflow model, so that the system can describe it s work procedures in computer’s way and introduce resolvation of enterprise-class management to the station in order to improve it’s management level. Finally, the software system advance productivity of enterprise, help enterprise grow up to a giant in drastic competition by informalization.In the system, the program language of workstations is PowerBuilder designed by Powersoft Co.,the database of server is MS SQL ServerT.O. The whole system’s developing pattern is C/S structure specially for small-middle scaled enterprises. The operation system in server is Windows NT Server4.0, in workstation is Windows 98.Developing of the system including argumentation of feasibility and systematic analysis, design of relational database and firstly design of system models. The whole developing procedure is disparted to about seven building phrases: system model designing, system detail designing, the first code programming, the first checking and accepting and tryout, code maintenancing and upgrading, system maintenance.In the thesis, the main context is about how to building management information structure and is based on idea of workflow. Combining modern MIS technique, actuality of enterprise about production, currently developing of manufacturing and current situation of small-middle scaled enterprises on building management information system, we designed the management information system which focuses on quality management after analyzing internal workflow model of enterprise and workflow for modern MIS in modern enterprise structure. Then, the system realized tracking management of product’s whole quality life and part of automation on decision-making. At the same time, the thesis described enterprise-class MIS designing and the vision of system’s improvement and development in the future.
