岩石动态强度和动态断裂韧度的测试技术研究

【摘要】 岩石动力学问题是土木建筑工程研究领域中的重要课题之一。目前,对于岩石在动态载荷下的力学行为尚不十分清楚,对岩石的动力学参数的实验测试,无论是在理论上还是在测试技术上,都存在诸多困难,寻找或建立新的动态测试技术已成为建筑和岩土工程迫切需要解决的问题。 本文深入研究了岩石强度的加载率效应和多种动态实验技术。在静态实验成功的基础上,提出了平台巴西圆盘试样(flattened Brazilian disc—FBD)较为合理的设计尺寸,并结合应变片技术,利用材料伺服实验机对大理岩平台巴西圆盘试样进行了快速加载实验,测得了大理岩在快速加载(10~2 MPa/s)下的抗拉强度和弹性模量,并与静态结果做了比较。 结合岩石动力学领域普遍采用的动态加载设备即分离式Hopkinson压杆装置和新颖的平台巴西圆盘试样,本文提出了一套测试岩石动态强度和动态断裂韧度的新方法,并首次将国际岩石力学学会(International Society for Rock Mechanics—ISRM)于1995年推荐的人字形切槽巴西圆盘(cracked chevron notched Brazilian disc—CCNBD)试样引入动态断裂韧度的测试中,为岩石的动态断裂力学参数的测试找到了一条新的途径。 本文的研究为岩石材料的实验测试技术提供了一定的认识和依据,并为岩石动力学的深入研究奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 The research of rock dynamic question is a front-line topic in civil engineering field, up to now, there are many difficulties in testing the dynamic mechanics properties of rock, not in theory but also measure technique. So searching or establishing new methods for testing rock dynamic properties becomes a urgently resolved question in the rock engineering.The paper investigates deeply the loading effect and a variety of dynamic testing technique, suggests the reasonable design-size of the flattened Brazilian disc(FBD) based on the successful experience in static loading. Connecting with strain-gage method, a quick loading test is applied on the FBD on the material testing machine. The experiment obtains the elastic modulus and tensile strength of marble, the results show marble’s properties be effected by loading, contracting which in static loading.Most researchers working in rock field proposed that the Hopkinson system be a ideal dynamic-loading equipment and the Brazilian disc be a novel specimen. According to the above, this paper suggests a new method to test the dynamic strength and dynamic fracture toughness, firstly leads the cracked chevron notched Brazilian disc(CCNBD) which was recommended by International Society for Rock Mechanics(ISRM) in 1995 in testing dynamic fracture toughness, which brings in a new way in dynamic testing for rock.It is expected that the work of this dissertation will provide important basis for the further research and application of mechanical behavior of rock.
