无机纳米粉体材料改性的抗菌内墙乳胶漆研究

【摘要】 本文在内墙乳胶漆应用现状的基础上,提出了使用无机纳米粉体材料改性内墙乳胶漆抗菌性能的创新思路,比较系统地研究了纳米粉体材料的种类和添加量等因素对内墙乳胶漆抗菌性能的影响,成功开发了纳米改性抗菌内墙乳胶漆产品,并完成了内墙乳胶漆用纳米抗菌助剂的开发。 通过对无机纳米粉体材料定性和定量抗菌实验研究表明,国内工业化纳米材料有一定的抗菌性能,其中载银无机抗菌剂抗菌效果比较明显。本文制备的多孔纳米SiO2载银、铈无机抗菌剂具有优异的抗菌性能,并且具有在涂料中使用无变色现象的优点,其抗菌性能指标优于国内同类产品。 将纳米材料按照一定工艺路线添加到涂料中,通过各种分散手段制成改性涂料,涂料性能检测的依据为GB/T 9756-2001合成树脂乳液内墙涂料标准。通过检测发现,样品性能完全符合并超过合成树脂乳液内墙涂料标准中对一等品的要求,同时抗菌效果可达到90.0%以上,当多孔纳米SiO2载银、铈材料在涂料中的添加量为2%(wt)时,改性涂料的抗菌率可达到99.976%。 为使纳米材料在涂料中具有更好的分散性,以便改性涂料的性能更为优越,本文研究了经过预分散的抗菌纳米复合浆料,这种浆料可以很方便地添加到普通水性涂料中,在添加量很少时(2wt%)即可达到很好的抗菌效果,此时抗菌率达到99.97%。
【Abstract】 With its reliable and durable antibacterial properties, based in the application of architecture coatings, put forward the new idea that inorganic antibacterial powder being used in coatings. In this paper, the antibacterial properties infection by the kinds of the inorganic powder and other factors is studied. The antibacterial coatings modified by the nanometer materials are successfully developed; meanwhile, the nanometer antibacterial aid is manufactured.The qualitative and quantitative experiments indicated that the inorganic materials manufactured in our country have antibacterial property. The carrier which holding Ag+ has the most distinct antibacterial property. The inorganic antibacterialpowder of Ag and Ce being carried by the nanometer silicon dioxide material manufactured in this paper has excellent antibacterial property; the most important is that when it is used in the coating, the coating doesn’t change color, and its antibacterial index better than the similar production.According to certain mechanics route, using some kinds of dispersion means, the antibacterial coatings is obtained by adding nanometer inorganic powders. The coatings are tested comply with the requirements of national standards GB/T 9756 -2001, the synthesis performance exceed the index of first-rank production, in the same time the average antibacterial rate of these inorganic materials can reach 90 percent. When the weight amount of the inorganic antibacterial powder of Ag+ and Ce2+ reaches 2 percent, the antibacterial rate of the coating is 99.976 percent.In order to have the better dispersion, the nanometer antibacterial additive is studied in this paper. These additives can be filled in the coatings very conveniently,and even when the adding amount is as little as 2 percent, the coating can have better antibacterial effect, and the antibacterial rate can reach 99.97 percent.
