【摘要】 本文从一个财务报表外部使用者的角度，以公司财务管理和财务报表分析的有关理论和研究方法为依据，通过对上市公司深圳中兴通讯股份有限公司对外公布的财务报表和年度报告的分析，阐述该公司的财务状况和经营业绩；试指出该公司在经营、管理方面存在的一些问题，并提出相应的建议，供管理者决策参考；同时也希望对评估该公司在证券市场上的投资价值起到有益的参考作用。全文共分四个部分第一部分简介。介绍了案例选择的目的及本文所采用的分析方法。第二部分理论描述。详细介绍本文所采用的分析方法及其相关理论。对财务报表的外部使用者最关心的两部分“偿债能力”和“盈利能力”作出进一步的分析，指出传统分析指标的局限性并提出相应的改善方法。第三部分案例分析。包括以下几个方面：1、样本介绍。2、公司所处的行业背景介绍及公司基本情况介绍。3、分析中兴通讯的财务报表。采用结构分析、比率分析、比较分析和趋势分析的方法，分资产结构、短期偿债能力、营运能力、盈利能力和盈利质量，长期偿债能力、现金流量分析、杜邦分析等七个方面对该公司的财务状况和经营业绩作出了分析和评价。第四部分结论。在综合前几部分分析的基础上，做出总结，向公司的经营管理者指出一些存在的问题并提出一些建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper, from a financial report outside user’ s point of view, based on the theories and research methods of company’ s financial management and financial report analysis, by means of analysis on financial report and annual report made public by a listed company -Shenzhen ZhongXing communication Corp, Limited. Elaborates the company’ s financial position and operational performance, points out problems in operation and management, provides suggestions for decision-makers’ reference, and evaluates its positive reference effect on investment value in stock market.This paper comprises four parts:Part 1 : Introduction. This part makes a brief introduction to the purpose of selection of case and the analytical methods adopted in this paper.Part II : Theory description . this part makes a detailed introduction to the analytical methods adopted and related theories used in this paper, makes thorough analyses on "debt paying ability" and "profitability", which are the most concerned issues of financial report, and then points out the limitations of traditional analytical index mark and puts forward improvement methods.Part III: Case analysis. This part includes several aspects as follows:1. Introduction to sample.2. Introduction to industry-wide background and company’s current situation.3.Analysis on Zhongxing Communication Company’s financial report.by means of structure analysis .ratio analysis, comparison analysis and tendency analysis. It makes analysis and evaluation on the company’ s financial position and operational performance from seven aspects, which are assets structure, short-term debt paying ability, operation capacity, profitability and profit quality, long-term debt paying ability, analysis on cash flows, and "the Du pont system" analysis.Part IV: Conclusion.On the basis of analysis in the former three parts, this part draws a conclusion and points out problems and puts forward suggestions for managers in the company.更多还原
