【摘要】 近年来，省级电视发展策略研究一直是理论界和业界的一大热门话题。各种因素的影响，造成了我国东西部区域传播的不平衡，尤其是在夹缝中求生存的西部省级电视媒体，处境日益艰难。充分透视西部省级电视媒体的生存现状，科学研究它的发展对策，成为了写作本文的主要理由。 考察与研究西部省级电视产业的现状，侧重西部传媒系统的整体研究，把它放在国内国际传媒产业的大环境中，研究西部传统文化及其文化观念的现状和对策，推动西部的传媒与文化建设。充分利用西部传统的文化优势，转变滞后的人文观念，使西部传媒产业获得跨越式飞跃，并实现两者的有机统一，从而推动西部经济与文化等各个领域的全面发展。 本文分三个部分。第一部分主要从区域传播的角度来论证西部省级电视的历史沿革与成长分化。第二部分重点阐述西部省级电视媒体的生存状态和竞争态势，主要从它们的“两线”合并、节目上星、台际联合、概念炒作等方面论述了其合理性和尴尬处境。第三部分针对西部省级电视媒体的现状，重点阐述了它们的发展策略，从传媒生态论、集团化运作、卫视联盟、市场定位等角度论证它们的竞争与发展途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, the development tactics studies of province TV has been one of popular topics of theory circles and prefessional circles. All kinds of facts lead to the unbalance of regional communication between east district and west district in our country;in particular ,the west province TV media , which survived in crack Jived in more and more difficult conditions.Completely seeing through the survival conditions of west TV media and studying its development tactics are the major reasons of finishing this paper. This paper consisted of three parts ,the part one expounded the history of west TV media ,and analysised its development and divorce understandly ;the part two set forth the survival conditions and competition trend of west province TV media ; major from the merge of two lines ,programm sent to satellite stations’ combination .concepts profiteering etc.aspects ,this paper interpreted its reasonability and awkward conditions. Faced up to the present conditions of west province TV media , the part three interpreted its development tactics in major, from angles of theory of ecological media functioning in groups, satellite station combination , marketing location,this paper demonstrated its competition and development ways.更多还原
