逆光条件下汽车牌照的识别

【摘要】 在自然光线不足(阴雨、夜晚)的逆光情况下,要得到较为理想的车牌图像,需要进行人工补光。这是由于车辆行驶过程中,车灯发出的强光会迎面射向摄像机,摄像机传感器会达到饱和,这样就很难拍摄到车牌图像。如果,在拍摄车牌图像的同时,用一特定光谱范围内,辐射功率大于车灯辐射功率的光源,向车牌方向照射,利用光谱的选通技术,通过摄像机端的滤光片滤去车灯发出的不需要的辐射,摄像机就可以拍摄到的较为清晰的车牌图像了。 并且,车牌识别技术已经成为现代交通的一个令人关注的问题。

【Abstract】 In the condition of that when the light is insufficient (such as in the cloudy day or in the night), we can meet the backlighting problem. When the car is running, the car light will send out a beam of powerful light. When the powerful light arrives to the surface of the vidicon, the sensor will saturate. It is difficult to get the car plate picture. While, At the same time, we use a more powerful light in a limited range of spectrum to head on the car light, basing on the technology of the selecting and use a filter to filter the unnecessary light, we can get the clear car picture.By the way, the car chars recognition has already been one of the key problems in the modern traffics .
