泄爆过程中二次爆炸等异常现象的实验研究

【摘要】 在一个Φ200mm~*400mm的柱形容器中,采用中心点火和底部点火方式,对当量比分别为0.8、1.0和1.3的甲烷-空气混合气体,采用电测与光测的手段对甲烷-空气的燃烧及泄爆后出现的二次爆炸等异常现象进行了研究。 首先,分析了甲烷-空气的等容燃烧特性,并且讨论了燃料配比与点火位置因素对等容燃烧产生的影响,同时给出了甲烷-氧气的等容燃烧特性并予以比较。 其次,讨论了甲烷-空气在压力容器燃烧并泄爆后,容器内外的压力发展特性。并且分析了泄爆后影响容器内压力变化的因素,如泄爆口面积、泄爆压力。 再次,以混合气体燃烧后的正常泄爆为基础,通过压力曲线与流场照片的对比,发现了泄爆后发生在容器外的一些压力异常现象:二次爆炸和口部爆炸,并进行了详细的分析与说明。 最后,针对二次爆炸现象这一典型的泄爆异常现象,分析了当量比、点火位置和泄爆压力对泄爆过程的影响,讨论了二次爆炸现象的出现条件,得出了一些初步的结论。
【Abstract】 Experimental investigations were done in thesis during combustion and explosion vent in a 200mm*400mm cylindrical vessel. CH4-Air mixture when is equal to 0.8, 1.0 and 1.3 respectively were used with central or bottom spark ignition to study external explosions etc. outside the vessel.Firstly, the combustion character of CH.4-Air mixture inside a obturation vessel was analyzed. The influence factors , such as and ignition position , were discussed . In the same time, the character of CH4-O2 mixture inside the same obturation vessel was given comparatively.Secondly, when vent occurred at different failure pressure through different vent area , the pressure histories inside and outside the vessel were obtained and discussed. The influence factors of pressure histories inside the vessel were analyzed.Thirdly, based on the normal venting, some abnormal phenomena outside the vessel, such as external explosion , was discovered ,analyzed and discussed.Finally, after analyzing the influence factors of external explosions, some conclusions were obtained.
