有机稳定性二氧化氯的初步研究

【摘要】 稳定性二氧化氯是国际上公认的高效广谱安全无毒的杀菌消毒剂,有着良好的发展前景。目前的稳定性二氧化氯产品多使用无机盐为稳定剂,其应用具有一定的局限性。本课题确定使用有机络合剂对二氧化氯进行稳定性研究,旨在通过使用有机物使得二氧化氯以分子形态存在于水溶液中。主要探讨了有机稳定性二氧化氯溶液的制取方法和最佳制取条件;对产物中二氧化氯的存在形态加以研究,初步认为二氧化氯以分子形态与有机络合剂发生反应并稳定存在于溶液中;对有机稳定性二氧化氯进行了性质测定,证明产物不具有氧化性和杀菌性,且难以用加酸或加入金属离子的方式释放出二氧化氯。
【Abstract】 Stabilized chlorine dioxide is a new kind of disinfectant and it has a wide range of developing prospect. The products used now are mainly inorganic and they can not be used under certain conditions. The organic stabilized chlorine dioxide is explored in this paper and a novel chelate complex is used to prepare the stabilized chlorine dioxide. The method of preparing is studied and the optimizing conditions are obtained. The mechanism of the reaction is discussed and it is proved that some chemical change happen in the solution and chlorine dioxide is thought to be molecular. The properties of the product are determined and it is proved that it has no oxidation ability and can not be used directly as a disinfectant. And it is difficult to let chlorine dioxide out by adding acid or iron ion.
