智能化热膨胀检测应用系统研制

【摘要】 智能化检测不仅是检测和测控技术的发展方向,而且是材料科学研究过程中必不可少的有力工具。智能化热膨胀检测应用系统构建了基于热膨胀检测应用的智能化检测应用平台。系统用于热膨胀检测时,采用高精度差动变压器作为位移信号的传感变送器,通过数据采集系统对位移量、温度进行检测,检测数据导入数据库存贮,并由程序根据不同任务进行数据处理。应用程序是基于PC的Windows程序,采用C++Builder 6.0编写,界面简洁、友好,数据库功能强大。软件设计中引入了模糊控制思想和数据融合的思想,适合应用于数学模型不确定、大滞后的场合,便于复杂加热、冷却过程的实现及复杂条件下温度的准确测量。应用该系统进行了45钢、紫铜、黄铜(H62)的热膨胀系数及45钢临界点的检测实验,实验结果表明该系统用于金属材料热膨胀系数以及钢铁材料临界点的测定,具有精度高、稳定性好、操作简便等优点。系统还具有良好的功能扩展性,应用该系统还实现了电脉冲快速加热及喷水冷却过程中温度的直接测量,测量结果与其他方法测量结果完全一致,表明该系统可应用于各种复杂条件下温度的直接测量,为极端条件下实验参数的测定提供了有力工具。

【Abstract】 Intelligent Measuring not only develops examining, testing and controlling technology, but also an important tool in application and study of material science. Application system of intelligent thermal expanding measuring sets up the plat of intelligent measuring based in thermal expanding measuring application. When the system is used to measure thermal expanding, it adopts highly accurate differential transformer as expanding-magnitude signal sensor, examines the displacement and temperature through data acquisition system, examines if data get into database and are stored, and make data process by many tasks. Applying procedures are based on PC window procedure, adopt C++ Builder 6.0 compiling and have a simply friendly surface and a strong function of database. The temperature controlling procedure involves the ideas of fuzzy control and data fusion. The system consists of the functions that are the measure of thermal expanding magnitude, instant-temperature measure and multi-point temperature testing which supplies a strong tool for studying material science; the system can measure temperature changing in the process of electrical pulse heating which is used in studying character of electrical pulse heating.
