简易制导炸弹控制系统设计与实现

【摘要】 本文基于某简易制导炸弹工程的研制背景,从总体的角度讨论了相关的硬件选型,测试和系统主控软件的设计思想,并结合工程的研制过程,通过具体的仿真试验,相关数据和图表阐述了系统的工作原理。本文主要完成了以下工作: 1.通过硬件结构图和数据流图阐述了航弹系统的总体结构和规划 2.结合全系统的要求,设计实验检查了航弹系统的执行机构——步进电动舵机的特性 3.完成简易制导炸弹系统主控软件的总体规划和各个相关模块的设计 4.通过三轴转台半实物仿真进行了全系统的连调,同时检验了控制系统和主控软件各个模块在各种环境和初始条件下的工作情况。

【Abstract】 This article was based on the engineering background of the bomb with simply controlled- and- guided system(SCGS).From the point of the collectivity it discussed how to choose the useful hardware and the thought of designing the SCGS main controlling software, and expounded on the theory of SCGS working relating the study process tightly and using the relevant data and the diagrams through the simulation experiment.The main work discussed in this article is:(1) through the framework and data flow charts expatiated the total frame and layout of the bomb with SCGS.(2) Relating the requirement of whole system, designed the experiment to check the execution mechanism of SCGS-the characteristics of electrical step vane mechanism.(3) Finished making collective layout of the bomb’s main controlling soft with SCGS and devising its modules.(4) Through semi-object simulation in the tri-axial table made the compilation of the whole system ,and checked the complexion of control system and all modules in the main control soft working.
