【摘要】 电子商务和移动通信技术的蓬勃发展和相互结合，使得参与电子商务的各方随时，随地进行安全电子支付成为可能。 本文对当前的各种安全电子支付技术和移动通信技术进行深入研究，并在此基础上，提出利用移动支付终端通过移动通信网络短消息业务信道进行安全电子支付的整体解决方案，针对系统对支付安全性的要求，设计了一个身份认证和安全支付方案。并对系统中的移动支付终端进行设计开发，详细讨论了其各功能模块和工作流程，并在PC机上模拟实现支付终端的功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development and combination of Electronic Commerce and Mobile Telecommunication technologies, it becomes possible for the attenders of Electronic Commerce to conduct secure electronic payment anywhere at any time.In this paper, at first, a variety of secure E-payment technologies widely used currently and Mobile Telecommunication technologies are discussed deeply. Then a general solution is given which tells how the sucure electronic payment is conducted using a mobile payment terminal through the short message service (SMS) channel provided by the Mobile Telecommunication network. The paper puts forward a scheme of identity authentication and sercure electronic payment to meet the requirement of the mobile payment system. Finally, the mobile payment terminal is designed and developped and its functional modules and operating procedure are thoroughly discussed. In addition, the mobile payment terminal was simulated on computer.更多还原
