【摘要】 政党的执政方式是影响政党执政能力和执政地位的重要因素。中国共产党早已从领导人民为夺取全国政权而奋斗的党，成为领导人民掌握全国政权并长期执政的党，50多年来，在执政方式的探索道路上曲折前进，取得了初步成果，但仍需继续努力。本文试图从政党执政规律的角度，对中国共产党的执政方式进行历史考察，总结经验教训，为党的执政方式的进一步改革和创新提供参考借鉴。 本论文分为四部分。第一部分在对政党执政的普遍性分析的基础上，指出执政方式的定义、主要内容和基本类型。第二部分描述中国共产党执政方式的演进轨迹，在史论结合的基础上，深入分析中国共产党采取的三种执政方式——“政党直接指挥”型、“政党取代”型和“政党引导”型的本质内容、形成原因、历史影响。第三部分是中国共产党执政方式的历史反思，这既是对党的执政方式考察得出的基本结论，也是党的执政方式创新必须具备的四个条件，即发展市场经济，加强党的建设，加强政权机关建设，坚持依法执政。第四部分是对全文的总结，指出党的执政方式改革和创新的两大动力：党的建设和经济模式的现代化。更多还原

【Abstract】 The style of governance of political party is an important factor affecting the ability and position of the party in power. The Chinese Communist Party has turned into a party which masters political power and has been in power over a long period of time from a party who leads the people struggling for political power of the whole nation. It has advanced backwards and forwards for more than 50 years in exploring the style of governance, and it has acquired preliminary achievements, but great efforts are still required. The thesis, in order to provide references for its reform, attempts to give the style of governance of Chinese Communist Party a historical investigation and sum up the experiences and lessons from the point of view of laws on governance.The thesis falls into four parts. The first part points out the definition, main content and basic types of the style of governance of political party on the ground of general analysis to political party in power. The second part describes the evolvement locus of the Party’s style of governance, and deeply analyzes the essential distinctions, causes and effects of the three kinds of style: the style of "being commanded directly by the Party", "being replaced by the Party" and "being guided by the Party". The third part is the historical reflection on the Party’s style of governance, the four aspects derived from the reflection which are not only the basic experiences but also the necessary conditions for reform. That is, developing market economy, strengthening Party building, strengthening political mechanism construction and persisting in exercising state power according to law. The last part briefly summarizes the thesis, and reveals that Party building and modernization of economy mode are the two motive forces to the reform and innovation of the Party’s style of governance.更多还原
